My wife and me spend one week passover in April in the prima palace hotel in Jerusalem. We choose it because it is close to one of the Jeshiwas where our son is studying. We enjoyed it very much. Especially the director, Motti, was very happy to give us all of the hospitality and from his staff as well. Also... more

The hotel is in a great location, and has nice clean rooms. They have a great breakfast that can really keep you going all day. The staff was freindly, and really tried to satisfy all my needs. But most of all was the location, we were able to walk to so many places, as this hotel is really in the... more

This hotel is small and very friendly. We stayed there for 3 days. The service we received was warm and friendly. The room is small but very clean. The location is great close to every place, the market, old city etc. The décor and atmosphere are retro but we love it We will be back. more

Even though I am Jewish, I am not Orthodox, and the hotel is in the middle of an Orthodox Jewish neighborhood, which means absolutely everything is closed Friday afternoon to Saturday night, which can be inconvenient. However, it is walking distance to many attractions, including the Old City, the market,... more

This hotel is in the heart of Jerusalem and makes it easy to get almost anywhere. It is clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Tipical Israeli breakfast fare, good but the same old same old. The rooms are pitifully small and a double room is really only comfortable for one person. It is clean and I would recommend... more

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during March for our annual sales meeting with participants from all around the world. At first, we were kind of hesitant if this small hotel would be able to host this multi-cultural (from 12 different countries) and demanding crowd. But, once you get through the doors of the Prima Palace, you suddenly... more

We've been to Israel many times before, Nobody does it like the PRIMA PALACE - that's for sure, If you are an Observant Jew, The Prima is definitely the place for you, Centrally located - close to everything needed, In making us feel welcome, the staff sure succeeded! Motty (the manager) was super nice, Meeting everyone's needs without us asking... more
