I don't know how they managed to get the good reviews. The hotel decor is tired and dowdy, the service is appallingly bad, the amenities are non-existent. While every café in a neighbouring street has free wi-fi, this hotel has the cheek to charge $17 a day for internet access. There was only one sink plug in the bathroom which... more

I spent 4 nights at the Prima Kings Hotel with my teen aged daughter. I don't think we could have found a better place to stay in all of Jerusalem. Before we arrived I e-mailed with the hotel manager (Yossi) and he arranged two days of private tours with a local guide. The guide showed up on time, was very... more

This hotel, first of all, has the very worst food I have ever eaten. While breakfast and some dinners were included, they were not worth the free price. The folks at the front desk barely spoke English. There was no computer availability, no ATM machine, no amenities you would normally expect at a hotel. On the first evening we went... more

I stayed at the Prima Kings in Jerusalem for the first time I traveled to Israel. My first impression was great: the exterior and interior of the hotel is visually appealing and very clean. My room was air conditioned, clean, and serviced daily by the hotel cleaning services. The safe-box in the room provided extra peace of mind when I... more

The Prima Kings is a tourist hotel with an excellent location at a reasonable price, It is only a short two block walk down the hill to the Old City. Shopping and restaurants are only two blocks in the other direction. Two ATMs and a grocery and wine store are across the street. The large part of their business is... more

The hotel is great and a great location, I've stayed here several times over the years and it has improved. The elevators are slow, but it's a minor detail more

We stayed at the Prima Kings in Jerusalem as part of a small tour group from our synagogue. As others have noted, the staff were not friendly. Only one was helpful when asked about a serious problem. 1. Room smelled like urine as soon as we walked in. I was instructed to meet the manager at the room. He told... more
