Cosy room, good service, pleasant small hotel in the city center, near the old town and all transportation. Good enough breakfast service. 100% Worth paid money. Some presence of reparing work in the bathroom, but it can be not consdered.

We stayed for 3 nights and was very happy with the room even though it was quite small. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast had a lot of variety cereals, bread, spreads, tuna salad, egg salad, juices, and hot drinks. Very central to thw markets and jaffa gate. Lots of shops nearby. Staff member Shlomo was very helpful.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The staff was 5 stars - very helpful, friendly, and genuinely glad to see us. The rooms are older, but clean. AC, Comfortable enough beds, TV, and full hearty breakfast in a dinning room which host two small balconies. The bathrooms are smaller, but each room we stayed in had a full closet... More

I stayed at the Palatin twice in July 2014 for a total of 7 nights. 1) The staff was very friendly and helpful. 2) It is about a 15 min walk to the old city. 3) It is about a 3 min walk to the Jaffa Center Tram stop 4) It is clean. 5) I felt safe in the Palatin,... More

We have stayed here twice in the last few years. Walking distance from Old City. Buses are very accessible. Shabbat is the quietest during your stay. The rooms can be noisy, but it's not bad. Recommend getting a bigger room than the one you are thinking of booking. Bathrooms are small. Rooms are clean. Not a lot of storage space... More

We stayed here in June 2014 thank god it was for only one night. There was no lift, the reception was very dated but the receptionist was quite helpful. The dining room looked like it was out of the 1950's. The room was awful, everything was worn out and needed updating. The TV did't work nor did the air conditioning.... More

This 3* hotel its only 2.5* actually. so you get what you pay for. The rooms are basic but sufficient, although they could do a little renovation to them! The outside of the hotel is noiseat night, 'till late. No lift. Breakfast not exciting, but Dining area was nice. The hotel close to places you can enjoy lunch or dinner.... More

We came back to the Palatin Hotel for the second time in 2 years. Once again wonderful experience. The staff are helpful, breakfasts good, and the location is perfect - border of Machane Yehuda and just near Jaffa Street. This Hotel is well cared for by excellent staff. We were recently told it has been in the same family for... More

This place is well located but I'm sure you can find way better deal in Jerusalem. The rooms are old fashioned, the carpet is dirty, bathroom is just ok... We found the place a bit depressing really. The staff were ok but not friendly at all. Breakfast is poor. I would not go back this is for sure.

The hotel is in a very central location, and many beautiful sites are at walking distance. The reception people are really nice and supportive. The room is clean. Very basic - bed, shower, bathroom, air condition, TV. I didn't spend much in the room - only sleep there. There is a very basic breakfast - egg, bread, cottege and white... More
