It is an outstanding hotel, the location is great, the service is excellent, and the value optimum. But what we enjoyed most is the scenery of the view, where you can comtemplate all Jerusalem from Mont Scopus !! I strongly recommand this hotel !

We stayed 3 nights. 2 adults, 1 boy aged 14 and a second boy aged 8. We ordered 2 rooms which we found very comfortable. Hotel stuff is very friendly. The hotel is located near the City Tram which is very convinient. There is an outside pool and another one inside the SPA. Breakfast is very rich everyone can find... More

I visited Jerusalem and picked up this hotel and it was a very good choice! My room was specious and quiet and I loved the view of Jerusalem from the balcony. Breakfast is rich and there is a lot to choose from. Staff is friendly and attentive and the piano player in the lobby ( during the evenings) just added... More

We were upgraded to a deluxe room upon request, which was happily complied with (probably because of a reduction in tourism due to the conflict). The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and spacious with everything that we could need. Some of the facilities/decor were a bit tired but for the price we can't complain. One night the air conditioning started... More

My family and I stayed at the Dan hotel in Jerusalem for few nights. Since the arrival at the hotel, we felt that the crew is highly professional and effective. During the vacation at Dan Jerusalem, we enjoyed the various amenities of the hotel including its neat hotel rooms and spacious recreational areas. We highly recommend Dan Jerusalem for its... More

We were traveling with a group of about 20 and were told this was one of the nicer hotels in Jerusalem. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent; a lot of Mediterranean foods (hummus, olives, egg plant, etc), after 5 nights though, we could've used a bit more variety. The rooms were satisfactory and the service was great. The hotel... More

The hotel was a bit dated inside, but I was hardly in the room. I stayed for five days and did enjoy the food and service. The spa was clean with plenty of classes for all levels of fitness. This hotel could use some upgrades soon. Beautiful lobby and bar with panoramiv view of Jerusalem.

The rooms were well appointed, The staff are kind but very professional. The food selections abundant. Magnificent views of the city. Excellent soundproofing as evidenced by opening the door to the balcony and hearing the traffic and sirens-all the regular city noises that can be silenced by simply closing the patio door.

The hotel lobby is quite impressive but it all ends there. The rooms are very dated and are dirty. Someone in our group was given a basement room and not only was it dirty, but it had a dead cockroach in the room. She went to the front desk and asked them to spray her room and to remove the... Worked with the concierge who help and arranged my trip to Israel. Ron was most helpful and can guide anyone along with their plans to see the country. He arranged the guides and drivers to my exact requirements. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were all friendly. Shabbath at the pool was a mad house, which made... More
