This is good Hotel but expensive you can get more for your money with low cost prices at Crown Plaza hotel In Jerusalem at the western side I know these 2 hotels very well and I don't have or get any benefit from Crown Plaza The problem in Crown Plaza is that they are charging for parking and it is... This place was a wonderful place for Jerusalem! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and it had a lot better food than what most breakfast buffets serve! It was extremely close to the light rail, so it was easy to go back and forth from the old city! When I come back... More

This hotel had great rooms, great food, great staff, and really great views. Everything was excellent. It is definitely worth the money!!! The roof top views and design of the hotel are unique. A great place near the public transit.

Over the years that we have visited the Dan Jerusalem nee Regency nee Hyatt Regency Jerusalem (built in the 1980's) we have observed various signs of use overtake spots here and there at the Hotel. So, we were very happily surprised this visit when we were directed to our room on a fully renovated and redecorated floor. The room itself... More

We were happily upgraded to an executive suite making it a very comfortable 4 day stay. We felt very safe and calm even though we arrived during another troubling time in Israel. The rooms are very quiet. Even though we were next to the lift and near the pool. I Did not hear any disturbances. The pool is spotless and... More

We spent three nights here on a family vacation in Israel last week. At first glance the location may not seem ideal but in our experience it is. Although we had a rental care we quickly decided to take taxis everywhere due to the difficulty of navigating and parking in Jerusalem. Although there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity... Stayed with wife's family including parents, brothers sisters, and assorted kids. Rooms are nice, but nothing special. The gym is quite large and well equiped and they have classes for aerobics, yoga, palates, etc. The pool is really nice and we spent the bulk of the time there. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas are available. Food/drink service by the pool... More

I am giving this hotel 5 stars because it is excellent for a 4 star. I requested a recently renovated room which was just as nice as our room several months ago David's Citadel at several times the price. The hotel lacks charm or glamour but remember, it is a 4 star. The common areas are tired, and the first... More

The room was large and comfortable, and very important - quiet - but the furnishings are dated and worn. Could use some freshening up. Hallways look like they were once elegant. Breakfast was quite good. I even talked to the chef to ask how he prepares some of the vegetable salads. Colorful, tasty and fresh. Portions are plentiful. Had one... More

Benefits: We had a lot of fun. kind and quality service . Comfortable and pleasant rooms, large swimming pool. Disadvantage: No service ordering food at the swimming pool. if you want to buy food or drink while you are in the swimming pool area , you should go up to 3# floor to the restaurant inside the hotel, then order...
