We stayed here for 3 days this place tends to be packed with tourists like we are. They serve good breakfast-not much of a variety though but over-all it's good, rooms are clean, staff is very friendly as well. I noticed they have a lot of conference rooms if you ever need one.

I stayed at the Dan Jerusalem Hotel from September 7-12, 2014. The hotel was not a disappointment. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I stayed on the fifth floor. The carpet in the hallway was a little worn. My room had a nice balcony but the view from the balcony was not that great. I was with a tour... More

We had higher expectation based upon the information from our tour agent. From the moment we arrived the hotel staff did not welcome us and we're expressionless. The staff were not at all friendly or helpful. We arrived in the room and immediate impression was an aging hotel with poor upkeep. We had two rooms and our kids first words... More

My church group stayed here for 3 nights. The food was excellent and had something for everyone. We stayed in the new rooms and had no problems except that only a few of them had irons. As in all of Israel, you have to request wash cloths, but they were accommodating (it's just easier to bring your own). Our room... More

I stayed at this hotel only for one night during second visit to Jerusalem but this time I wasn't with a tour group, I was on my own. Now that I'm more familiar with Jerusalem, I'm not so eager to recommend this hotel. Nonetheless, the room was quite clean, nothing noticeably lovely about the interior design and layout, I liked... There were 10 of us traveling (family), and ALL our luggage was lost. The hotel staff bent over backwards to help us with our situation. The rooms were nice, with one or two cleanliness issues. It's a beautiful hotel with fantastic views of Jerusalem. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing!

We stayed for a weekend bike. The hotel was full of guests and children who apparently spent the end of summer vacation. The dining room was packed with guests, cleanliness was nothing to say the least. The room was recently renovated and was fine. The service at reception was not friendly. We tried to convert for dinner on arrival to... More

This is hotel is not so good but also not so bad. The problem was that we expected so much more from a Dan Hotel. It all started wrong when we got a non-smoking room on the 3rd floor, and when entering the room we were hit by a very strong odor of cigarettes. When we asked for a different... More

On arrival told we were being given an upgrade to executive room, how pleased we were until we saw it. Old, shabby and definitely not large. I could only imagine what the stNdard rooms were like?! We asked for turndown as all towels had been used and needed more toiletries etc but on our return from a Party at 1.00am... More

It is an outstanding hotel, the location is great, the service is excellent, and the value optimum. But what we enjoyed most is the scenery of the view, where you can comtemplate all Jerusalem from Mont Scopus !! I strongly recommand this hotel !
