The location of this hotel was excellent and the staff was superior. The front desk could not have been better. Raujana (Angie) went out of her way to take care of our needs. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Very nice hotel but a bit far from the old city. The food at the hotel are very tasty and reasonable price. No WiFi at all in your room. only in lobby. The women working at the reception were quite rude

That was our first family visit to Jerusalem. I've been searching for a good lodging with good quality/price/location and decided to select this one. I was satisfied with the hotel and the provided room (we were given a room with two twin beds), though the location of the hotel is quite far from the old city to walk on foot... More

On arriving at the hotel, the ambiance was majestic. The staff were warm and welcoming, not forgetting to mention very friendly. The outdoor seating area was marvellous as it donned amazing views of the old and new city. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the beds and pillows - just lush. I can't think of a single thing to complain... More

I was on a Holy Land tour with 24 brothers in Christ and we had 4 hotels during the tour and this was one of the most comfortable of all. The rooms are on the small side but bed was comfortable for a good sleep after a long walking during the day and the bathroom has dead sea soap that... More

I stayed there for 4 nights in March 2014 and loved this place. The room was comfortable and the hospitality was amazing. The food was the best I had at a hotel during my stay in Israel. It's close to everything -- even walked to the old city from the hotel. Very pleased, and will stay there again when I... More

The lobby gave me cause for hope but things went down hill from there. The room was cold and tired, there were tiles missing in the room entrance area. The bathroom was very cold and the extractor fan altho being within easy reach had been overlooked by the room cleaner for some time. There was the chewed remains of a... More

If you care about hygiene and good service then you are better off avoiding this hotel. Staff are rude and the food is below decent. I would not recommend this place if you want value for money..Very disappointed

This is a fine tourist hotel. Most of the guests are Christian pilgrimage groups. The rooms are clean and spacious. An easy chair would be a welcome addition. The staff is very courteous and helpful. For those on half-board, the breakfast and dinner are served buffet style. The food is plentiful and well prepared. While the breakfast offerings are the... More
