Booked 12 days with my husband and child. I certainly would not visit again. They make it look really quite nice on the website , but when you get there its a different story. It is very old and in need of serious renovation . The suit we had was very odd , had a kitchenette with a kettle , one... More

Old but cozy structure not too far from the city (five minutes of taxi run to the Old City). Professional staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Good choice for who is looking for a comfortable accomodation in order to visit an incredible city.

The hotel is very run down and badly in need of some TLC. The light fixtures which used to be at the bed where pulled from the wall and only a hole was left . In the bathroom there was a dirty towel from previous guests as well as a used bar of soap in the shower. The toilet seat... More

This hotel could be so much better if the owners put some money into it. The furniture in our room was scratched up, wall paper came out. Rooms were very large but very dirty. Air conditioning didnt work all night long, the heat was unbearable.Their customer service is terrible, I asked for the manager and he wasw not on duty therefore... More

Booked double room via onhotels.com and got suite for only €115 for two nights with full breakfast. At first seemed a bit distant from the Old City, but it's in a walking range in fact. Staff - polite, willing to assist and help in no time, professional. We had a big suite, with 2 balconies, garden view. Various plates served... More

Hotel is clean and 10mins walking from Old city. Very nice and cooperative staff. Rooms vary a lot so check your room to ensure it matches what you expect/want. One room had AC issue but was ok since it was cold at night during our stay but surely a major issue if you visit during high temp days. Breakfast was... More

I really liked this place. The staff were very nice. It's incredibly close to the city, especially close to the Garden Tomb. It's affordable, clean, and nice. Some of the furniture is a bit outdated, but that's not a big deal. Close to the main road.

Area OK, not far from light rail, walking distance to Old City. However although the hotel is a nice quiet old-worldly style the staff were very unhelpful and were unfriendly. There was a sad lack of maintenance e,g, toilet seat falling off in room, only one toaster in dining room that toasted just one side; Scruffy grounds - place just... More

We went to Israel for a holiday in mid July 2014, but we felt safe throughout our stay at Addar Hotel. Clean and spacious room. Though they allocated us to a one bed apartment; not sure if this is the case with all the rooms at this hotel or if we were just lucky, but definitely value for money. Friendly... More

This hotel classified as 3 stars but its mote of 3 stars. Its more of a family hotel. Staff is the biggest positive especially Mr. Abraham Shemmessian the front office manager who acted as the glue for this hotel. He was simply outstanding. His friendliness and wealth of experience and knowledge of Jerusalem assisted us immensely in whatever we wanted... More
