The rooms were very small and dowdy---they needed a good paint job. The bathrooms however, were nicely renovated. Service was quite uneven. The maids didn't always give fresh towels, and never gave fresh water glasses. The breakfasts were ample, but a bit boring. I wouldn't rush to stay there again. more

I spent the end of the year vacation at the Jerusalem Gold together with my lovely wife. My husband and I were originally going to stay at another hotel, but at the last minute changes had to be made. Not only did they accomodate us, but we got a suite. The food was delicious, the location was fantastic -- buses and taxis were readily available. Everything was kept clean and neat. We would definitely go back again.... more
