This was my first experience staying at the Dan Panorama with my family after having been a guest while with a tour group and it was even better than my previous experiences. Our room was beautiful, recently renovated and the amenities were superior. Every interaction with the staff was cordial and helpful. And the location was perfection itself, situated right... More

I've stayed in a number of hotels in West Jerusalem over the past 10 years, but this is my favorite. Breakfasts are an experience, as well as marvelous. The staff in the dining room are warm & friendly, as are the people at the front desk They are most willing to help, especially if the desk is not crowded by... More

I felt very safe walking to and from this hotel as a solo female. Excellent restaurant choices 2 blocks away. Two beautiful parks nearby with fountains and art. Panoramic views of old city from park. Hotel was quick walk to old city Jaffa Gate. Front desk staff very courteous. Breakfast options were overwhelming and delicious. Only negative was tour bus... More

Nice hotel. Little dirty but all in all it was good. People were semi friendly. But if we had a question, they answered it correctly. We only stayed in the room for a night, but had a rental car. We had no hassle keeping the vehicle in the garage for 2 days as we traveled onto Egypt.

Dan Hotels Suiggesr a certain quality and The Dan Panorama in Jerusalem was up to that standard. We came out of the main season so our stay was probably not the ideal test but everything was good though breakfast was a little below the quality we had seen before - there was a lack of pure fruit juices - overall... The Dan Panorama hotel is a good choice if you want to visit the great city of Jerusalem. The location is good, close to the Old city, in a safe area about 30 minutes on foot from the Mamilla shopping center and the Jaffa gate. The room was nice with a beautiful view over the hills and the Old city.... More

We spent three nights at the Dan Panorama and would probably not stay there again. The rooms were reasonably comfortable, although there was minimal storage area if you wanted to unpack your clothing. We did not think the breakfasts were very good, comparing them with the Dan in Tel Aviv as well as a small boutique hotel in Safed. We... More

Be prepared if you arrive on a Friday and/or Saturday, as the Jewish Sabbath does change your experience in terms of where/what you can eat. I wasn't really prepared for the skeletal services (complete novice to the Jewish customs - should have read up more!) that the hotel provided as well as the surrounding area. There was no where for... More

Spent 3 nights here. The four of us travel a great deal on business and pleasure. Overall the experience was good ++. The biggest draw back was the attitude of the front desk staff-yikes they were terrible and unwelcoming. And---lots of tour buses which made avoidng the crowds and art form Rooms were fine and breakfast had good selections. good... More

We stayed at the Dan Panorama while on tour with a group. The location is definitely convenient - in easy walking distance to the Old City (15min), restaurants, shopping, even the Israel Museum is walkable if you don't mind a 35-40 min hike. The building facility was disappointing after my stay at the Dan Panorama-Tel Aviv. At the - Jerusalem... More
