Great location. Spacious room (we paid for a deluxe room) with good lighting, however the beds were very hard. The window could only be opened very wide, there was nothing to hold it slightly ajar. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower and a bath and spotlessly clean. The toiletries were lovely. However, the towels were frayed and several of... More

It is very quiet and clean. Is well located also. Beds are good, good bathroom and ammenities on the toilet every day. Shower with hot water, and the hotel restaurant offers a huge breakfast. They have dinner buffet and a bar at the lobby. I recommend.

I have visited the hotel 20+ times. The hotel is clean, updated, and well located. However the customer service piece is still missing. I'm a Dan member. When I checked in no mention of that at all. All the clerk said was my room wasn't ready! Then I came back and checked in. Twenty minutes later someone came with a... More

This was my first visit to the Dan Panorama. I have stayed at a nearby hotel for the last few years. I stayed in a Delux Room, and found it very comfortable. The breakfast spread was every bit as good as in a much more expensive hotel. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The only complaint was... More

The hotel is very modern and well located. Breakfast buffet is so complete - almost 20 linear meters of choices. The hotel is in walking distance of the Jaffa gate, a comfortable walk even when raining. When back to Jerusalem , we will definitely stay at Dan panorama again.

This was our second stay in nine months at the Dan Panorama - it's in a great location perfect for exploring the city and with complimentary underground parking, it's a good base for going further afield. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The food especially the breakfast is excellent, and the buffet maintains it's high standard right through to... More

This is a really nice international hotel. The reception was very helpful with every query. There are plenty of open spaces in the lobby etc, for meeting friends and the bar is the same. The rooms are as good as you would expect from an international hotel, with all the standard things including tea/coffee maker - and free wifi as... More

Israeli hotel breakfasts are special, but the Dan breakfast is one-of-a-kind! So many options, and all so tasty. Room was fine. I think it was one of the older, not renovated rooms, so it was a bit dated. Everything was clean and well kept.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I've seen. This large hotel is pricy, but it's in a good location near the Old City. Our room was upgraded to a suite, accommodating four of us, which was very nice. Re: the free wifi - only three devices can be used at one... More
