Mr. Marcel I. Solomon, Guest Relations, greets groups of visitors. He is an ambassador extraordinare! The hotel staff is eager to accomodate the special needs of its guests. The food is good, considering that it is exclusively buffet-style. You can drink tap water at this hotel. The rooms are clean and adequate. more

The Dan Panorama in Keren Hayessod Street is located close (a 10 min walk) to the normal entry point to the old city, the Jaffa gate. It's not as close as The King David and David Citadel hotels which are only 5 mins from Jaffa gate but they are both a lot bigger and twice as expensive, and the walk... more

All three Dan hotels are very good, clean and well managed. If you are staying in Jerusalem, Tele Aviv or Haifa I definitely recommend your using the Dan chain. more
