This hotel is mainly used by tour groups (Christian, Jews, Arabs, etc.) and so during our stay, there must have been 7 other tour groups present (It was Christmas/Chanukah.) We stayed here for 4 days and were mostly satisfied, but felt the customer service was not great. The meals were good and the rooms are spacious. The location is kind of gritty and you must pay for parking. Next time, we think we'd pay more money to stay elsewhere. more
