A very reasonable hotel. It was cleanish, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning functional. Staff were, in general, helpful. However meals were very boring. Breakfast tedious and dinner buffet adequate but served on cold plates. Also very expensive but then all the food I tasted in Jerusalem was. I was not told that the price of dinner changed... More

What can i say so it would still sound neutral and objective. One of the worst hotels i've been to. Old, smelly, small rooms and the food is terrible. They charge about 120 NIS pp for each meal on Shabbat for a meal i wouldn't pay a dime to eat. Most of the food selection is stuck somewhere in the... More

Booked into this hotel as part of an overnight tour and first impressions from the lobby are not too bad. It's when you leave the lobby area it all goes horribly wrong. The dining area looks and has the feel of of a rowdy school canteen (where all they sell is slop), there are not facilities in the place whatsoever,... More

This hotel is frequented by Birthright/Taglit groups and high school summer-in-Israel groups. It might be okay for teenagers but it leaves a lot to be desired if you have any level of comfort in mind. The pros: The shower was good. The cons: everything else. Food: If you come to Israel not knowing anything about the wonderful fruits and veggies... More

This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever been. From the outside and the lobby, it looks like it will be really nice. But the minute you get off the elevator the smell knocks you over. Then you get to the room and consider jumping out the window. The beds are mattresses on top of box springs... More

This is a mightily big hotel located at what seems to be one of the Jerusalem’s busiest junctions. Interestingly, the hotel sits right on top of a shopping centre (which we only discovered after or second night). The shopping centre is well worth a visit. It does not really target the tourist audience but we thought it nice to be... More

We stayed here for 3 nights while we explored Jerusalem and Bethlehem. The rooms were clean, and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a little stuffy - could use a fan. Average for the price. Though we were close to tram and bus stop, taxi to Damascus gate was 50-60 NIS. Everything shuts down during Shabat around the area so can... More

We stayed here in April 2014 at the end of a busy tour around Israel. Our room was on the 6th floor. The room was very tired looking with 1970`s style wood everywhere. The bathroom is not much better and we had to have reception send someone to repair the shower which was unusable, the hair drier was also broke... More

Other reviewers have said it all - the foyer is appropriate for the large numbers of guests that this hotel receives but once in our room, it was clear that standards were somewhat average in terms of furnishing and fittings. The plumbing worked and the a la carte options in the large restaurant were good.
