The hotel lobby is nice, with a lot of space for gathering together for tours. However, the hotel rooms are very small, the bathrooms even smaller, and our shower flooded our entire bathroom and flowed into the bedroom. We wore our shoes the entire time. The closets were very small, with a layer of dust on the shelves. We had... More

We stayed for eight night In the hotel compared to other hotels on arrival the concierge assist the quest by carrying the luggage this was not the case, the breakfast was variety as well as dinner, but the service staff were not keen on detail and they were judgmental but I can't fail to mention Dekel who was so friendly... We were at this hotel for few days in our first visit in Jerusalem. The location is good but the rooms are so old and musty. The service is very very cold. Most of the employees are cold people too. The breakfast is poor and the dinner is weak. If you looking for price that's ok.

The hotel was average, location wasn't too bad although an hour's walk to the western wall. The food wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. The front desk staff, rude and obnoxious. If you do stay here here's hoping you don't have to deal with them. The cleaning crew they were actually nice. There were tourists staying at the hotel who... More

The location is not bad but the hotel looks tired inside and out. The rooms are rather large, but the carpets are dirty, the drapes smell of cigarette smoke and the bathroom looks dirty/old. The breakfast buffet is ok, but do not expect too much from dinner buffet. Not really worth its price.

I am generally allergic to large tourist hotels. I did not choose this, the travel agency did. But it was above any expectations. The rooms were nice and clean, the front desk and the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The kosher food was supe. The hotel was very close to the tram that takes you to the Ben Yehuda... INTERNET TOP TIP: As many reviewers have complained, they try and charge you an astronomical amount for internet. From the Foyer, just go down the stairs to the toilet and there is an entrance direct into the shopping mall immediately below where there is plenty of FREE INTERNET. We tried various locations inside the hotel, but couldn't pick it up... More

The location is good at the entrance to the city, the hotel is no more than 2 class. We were with a group and the price was fair. The buffet breakfast is quite simple. Unfortunately the rooms are not equipped with a minibar and fridge. The room is small and clean.

I moved to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv by bus. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from Central Station. The room number is 550, where is the corner and the view through window is fine. Accommodation fee is reasonable comparing with that of the hotel of Tel Aviv. Bath tub is furnished and it is cozy to stay.... More
