It was definitely worth it. Never going to any other hotel. It was absolutely amazing. All of us really enjoyed it, and left the hotel happy and satisfied. I'm really looking forward to my next business trip in Jerusalem, just for the hotel...

Please avoid this hotel at all costs. I stayed in for a night in 2011 before going to jordain and the room was disgusting. I had pee in the toilet from the previous people who stayed there. Electric wires were pulled out of the plugs and the curtains had cigarette holes in them. The room was dusty and moldy and... More

The hotel lobby is nice, with a lot of space for gathering together for tours. However, the hotel rooms are very small, the bathrooms even smaller, and our shower flooded our entire bathroom and flowed into the bedroom. We wore our shoes the entire time. The closets were very small, with a layer of dust on the shelves. We had... More

We stayed for eight night In the hotel compared to other hotels on arrival the concierge assist the quest by carrying the luggage this was not the case, the breakfast was variety as well as dinner, but the service staff were not keen on detail and they were judgmental but I can't fail to mention Dekel who was so friendly... We were at this hotel for few days in our first visit in Jerusalem. The location is good but the rooms are so old and musty. The service is very very cold. Most of the employees are cold people too. The breakfast is poor and the dinner is weak. If you looking for price that's ok.

The hotel was average, location wasn't too bad although an hour's walk to the western wall. The food wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. The front desk staff, rude and obnoxious. If you do stay here here's hoping you don't have to deal with them. The cleaning crew they were actually nice. There were tourists staying at the hotel who... More

The location is not bad but the hotel looks tired inside and out. The rooms are rather large, but the carpets are dirty, the drapes smell of cigarette smoke and the bathroom looks dirty/old. The breakfast buffet is ok, but do not expect too much from dinner buffet. Not really worth its price.

I am generally allergic to large tourist hotels. I did not choose this, the travel agency did. But it was above any expectations. The rooms were nice and clean, the front desk and the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The kosher food was supe. The hotel was very close to the tram that takes you to the Ben Yehuda...
