The location is not bad but the hotel looks tired inside and out. The rooms are rather large, but the carpets are dirty, the drapes smell of cigarette smoke and the bathroom looks dirty/old. The breakfast buffet is ok, but do not expect too much from dinner buffet. Not really worth its price.

I am generally allergic to large tourist hotels. I did not choose this, the travel agency did. But it was above any expectations. The rooms were nice and clean, the front desk and the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The kosher food was supe. The hotel was very close to the tram that takes you to the Ben Yehuda... INTERNET TOP TIP: As many reviewers have complained, they try and charge you an astronomical amount for internet. From the Foyer, just go down the stairs to the toilet and there is an entrance direct into the shopping mall immediately below where there is plenty of FREE INTERNET. We tried various locations inside the hotel, but couldn't pick it up... More

The location is good at the entrance to the city, the hotel is no more than 2 class. We were with a group and the price was fair. The buffet breakfast is quite simple. Unfortunately the rooms are not equipped with a minibar and fridge. The room is small and clean.

I moved to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv by bus. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from Central Station. The room number is 550, where is the corner and the view through window is fine. Accommodation fee is reasonable comparing with that of the hotel of Tel Aviv. Bath tub is furnished and it is cozy to stay.... More

Just as some of the previous reviewers, I stayed at this hotel with a group during the Taglit/Birthright program. The downside of which is - you cannot leave the group (ever), and you can't leave the hotel while the group is in there, even if all the daily activities are over. So we were all pretty pissed that we had... More

absolutely inhumane practice of charging guests for wifi 20 NIS per day! People have to go to a cafe nearby to check their email. everything else seems to be good, there are many people staying here, but lack of free wifi ruins the whole experience.

The rooms are comfort with a big bed for 2 and clean room. You will receive a welcom packeg incloding tea or coffee and snack.... More
