We stayed at this hotel for 3 night in March of 2014. Just few minutes walk to Damascus Gate old Jerusalem and less than five minutes walk to the Garden tomb and the main bus station. The staff at front desk, dinning room and bar are very helpful and professional, the manager (Vache) is excellent. This hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to Old Jerusalem and less than five minutes walk to the Garden tomb. The staff is more than helpful, my wife and I had a 2 double beds room confirmed, the receptionist upgraded us to a queen bed and complimentary full breakfast for no extra charge. The rooftop dining room has a beautiful... More

Stayed 4 nights in this wonderful hotel just outside of the Old City near the Damascus Gate. We found the staff at the hotel to be extremely professional, friendly and helpful, from the valet, to the front desk, to the breakfast attendants. The manager of the hotel, who we saw several times during our stay, was always sure to greet... More

We were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful hotel while on the Israeli leg of our tour of the Middle East which also included Jordan and Egypt. The hotel staff were wonderful and the food some of the best I have tasted on the trip. Check out the fantastic honeycomb dripping fresh honey for a sinfully delicious breakfast treat... More

I stayed here with my partner for a week over new year. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was particularly nice. It was difficult to find European style breakfast anywhere nearby and the hotel provided a lovely breakfast buffet for a supplement. It's a great base for exploring the Old City as it's situated very close... More

The hotel has a great location a short walk from the Damascus gate. Its location in East Jerusalem is, however, not for everyone. We never felt unsafe but the area is a little rough. The restaurant was very good and the staff was quite young but helpful enough.

I liked the hotel and the hospitality. Just i had a bad experience from the security workers. I parked at the entrance of the hotel. I didn't know where to park exactly. I was searching for the parking. And suddenly. Someone came to my window and started shouting on me. I didn't understand why he is shouting. And then i... More

Overall the hotel was fine. The room was small, but comfortable. We had a group of three rooms, and all were about the same. Some of the highlights - good breakfast, good location near Old City, decent size rooms for the area, friendly staff. Some of the lows - moldy showers and bathrooms, bathroom smelled like sewage when toilet flushed... More

I spent a lot of time looking at hotel reviews for Jerusalem in Tripadvisor. I'm glad I did because it led me to this hotel. Here are the reasons why I recommend you stay at this hotel when you're visiting Jerusalem: * Jerusalem is an expensive city and it is easy to be scammed, money-wise. The tariff at this hotel... We spent five nights at this hotel, and found it to be comfortable, clean, and convenient. Most of the staff were noticeably very young, but on the whole proved to be very efficient and friendly.
