The hotel is located in right off Jerusalem's city center, within a walking distance from the Old City, the main market, and Ben Yehuda Street. The room was equipped with all the needed amenities, very clean, and the staff was helpful and kind.

We came for a conservative wedding in Jerusalem and we needed 4 rooms. ALL OF OUR ROOMS were wonderful. Everyone raved about how clean and nice their rooms were maintained. We stayed on the King George side of the hotel and it was just as the photo showed. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The staff at the front desk... More

The City Center is centrally located and a bargain. We stayed at the King George Street branch. It was clean and had everything we needed. It even had a kitchenette so we stocked up the fridge and had a quick breakfast in the room. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed being in the center of town and we could... More

Do yourself a big favour do not stay at this apartment. The house keeping is the worst I have seen. When we checked in the toilet was not even clean. This should have been my first hint. It just went down hill. Rusted towel rack in the bathroom. Mould the shower plus on the bathroom tiles. Worst of all terrible... More

The hotel was basic from tje exterior so not sure what it would be like inside. Had a nice stay with all staff and facilities up to standard. Helpful and willing to make my visit a real pleasurable experience in every way possible. For me Jerusalem is about the city so this place did the job 100% as far as... More

A block off of Ben Yehuda, we couldn't have asked for a better location! Staff was helpful and friendly. We had a superior studio in king George wing and a one bedroom in hahistadrut wing. Everything we asked for, we received. Any help needed was offered and appreciated. We felt very much at home. Kitchen was clean and had all... More

Very nice place to stay when visiting Jerusalem! Very good location close to old town, very clean and comfortable, with very helpful staff and management. All you may need to feel at home. Definitely worth recommendation and worth staying while on holidays in the area.

I booked this hotel based on the very positive reviews that were previously posted. However, the place appears to be having some problems right now. There are electrical issues. I will add photos if I can. I was here for 4 days in March 2014. I rented a studio apartment. The location is excellent, however, the room is not exactly... More

Pro: location. Con: everything else. Stayed for 6 days in two Superior Studio rooms. Dirty floors (never been washed during our stay), grey worn towels and bed linen (never been changed). Tiny rooms. Freezing bathroom. Noisy and dusty drilling works on all the floors and at the reception area THE WHOLE PERIOD of the stay. Felt like we were living... More

This was our second stay at this lovely small hotel just a short block off Ben Yehuda Street. Our room included a small kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. The beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever experienced. It's located an easy walk from the Old City and the Souk... More
