We are frequent travelers to Israel. When in Jerusalem the King David has always been our property of choice for the views of the Old City. On this visit the room we usually stay in was not available & we decided to try the Waldorf. We were not disappointed in the least! The proximity to the Old City is a... More

We arrived with a really friendly atmosphere, everyone was really nice and helpful. The rooms are nice clean and spacious. The bathroom, is one of the nicest I have ever seen. There are a few negatives about this property: 1. There is no outdoor space to hang out and chill. 2. There is no swimming pool. 3. No views of... More

This is the most beautiful, luxurious hotel ever. The staff is doting, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is heaven and I will never stay anywhere else. Zero complaints. Felt like a queen. The rooms are spacious. The furnishing is stunning and the bathrooms are gorgeous. Thr amenities are top line. I cannot wait to go back.

We had the pleasure of staying for 6 days now in May. The service was impeccable. The staff could not do enough to please us. The food in the restaurants was great. The decor was beautiful and new. The ballrooms are like nothing available in Jerusalem now. The only drawback is that there is no pool, gym or spa. The... More

This hotel provides the best service and staff in all of Jerusalem. I have stayed at the Mamila, Citidal (regular there), King David and Inbal and this is far superior in terms of service and breakfast too. Room (standard) was roomier than expected (love the warm bathroom floors). Great lobby to have guests visit and light food. All in all... More

We had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel for 8 days in May. From the minute the doorman welcomed us and had the luggage sent up to our room, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The second you walk into this absolutely stunning hotel, you are greeted with a feeling of welcomeness and impeccable service, yet... Simply stated, this Waldorf Astoria is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. My wife and I are seasoned travelers, and we have an extensive frame of reference. In our travels we always look for "the best hotel" in each counrty we visit. Whether in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America or the U.S., we seek excellence. We found it... More

The rooms are excellent, the staff are so warm and always helpful, and the decor would make you feel like staying forever. There could however be an improvement in their menu. Jerusalem is a place visited by guest from all over the world especially pilgrims. It is then important that the kitchen should consider including Intercontinental dishes, so as to... More

Words are truly inadequate to describe the wonderful experience in this hotel. Not to mention the spectular view of the city from the from the hotel, from the Doorman to the Management, the warmth of the Staff and their willingness to serve is unusual simply because of the sincerity in which they offer and render services. This Hotel that is... More

Beautiful hotel and very well managed. The Concierge service was excellent. My wife and I are Diamond local members of the Hilton organization. We were told we received an upgraded room which was a small suite and balcony. We found a room to be somewhat cramped without enough room for our luggage. This was somewhat disappointing for someone at a... More
