Husband Beautiful hotel with incredible service at your fingertips. Small room (we even upgraded to a balcony and it still felt "tight"). The best part of the stay on my end? The FOOD. Delicious Shabbat food, Shabbos was really delightful! Full table service Friday night, and the food kept coming, and coming, and coming!! Shabbat day was some table service... More

We recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria in Jerusalem. A brand new hotel in a central location. The hotel within has been built within the walls of the 80 year old structure, which has kept the feel of this ancient wonderful city. It apparently was a hotel before 1948, then turned to a government building. Then more recently bought and... More

We have been to magnificent hotels throughout the world, but none holds a candle to this hotel. From the moment we arrived at the Waldorf we were treated like royalty. There was no request too large or small for the staff. The hotel is perfectly situated in the central hub of Jerusalem. Most important sites, shops and restaurants are within... More

This is a luxurious ,magnificent and truly beautiful establishment. The rooms are the best I've seen bar none. Heated Italian tiles, crisp linen and fine amenities makes for a splendid stay in a perfect location. The breakfast has the best of everything . From fresh breads, croissants and pastries to Mediterranean delights and fine omelettes and other hot dishes, you will... More

My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel at approximately 5pm, roughly 2 hours after check-in. One of the two men attending the front desk left as we got there, the other was on the phone and made no gesture to acknowledge our presence. He avoided eye contact, gave no signal or indication, nod or shrug, glance or address that... More

Only one word comes to mind to describe the hotel, AMAZING. I tell all my friends and family about the quality and service of the hotel and thats the only word that comes to mind. Its a perfect hotel in a perfect location with an amazing staff.

I have stayed all over the world in top hotels for business and pleasure and this is one of the loveliest, well-run hotels I have stayed in. The service, rooms, food, etc. were all terrific. The only one downside is the size of the gym. There are only two treadmills - and that is what I use. The gym wasn't... More

This hotel was so much nicer than the David Citadel, where I stayed last year. It just doesn't feel like a big group hotel (even though I was there as part of a medium size group). The lobby and rooms were lovely. The location is perfect. The fitness center is quite small, but was adequate for my needs. If I... More

I must start this review by stating that I am a regular hotel customer and have frequented various hotels in Israel. I have stayed in many presidential suites in luxurious hotels and I have also stayed in standard, low frills accommodation. I say this in order to give a pre-text in explaining that I am not easily impressed and I... More

I have to say that my experience at the Waldorf Astoria was amazing from check in to check out. The service that I received was just amazing and I will defiantly go back to this hotel. Thanks for making my experience a great one.
