I have stayed at properties all over the world, and the Waldorf in Jerusalem is a true find. The service, amenities, decor, rooms, breakfast were second to none. Incredible luxury from beginning to end of our stay. The bed, linens, pillows all were perfect. Fantastic shower and bathtub. Breakfast beat out any Israeli breakfast I have had with the choices,... A simply beautiful hotel where the staff is gracious and inviting. Definitely a destination hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. We wonder when the fitness center and spa will open.

I have to say all in all the experience was nice! The service as a whole was good and the -place itself was spectacular! BUT one of my guest got stuck in an elevator and they treated us like garbage, almost like it was our fault, I dont know if I would ever stay there again!

The hotel itself is very pretty (perhaps a bit over the top for Israel) but the poor service and average food really ruins the experience. Cleaning staff did a lousy job (room service items not cleared for two days, turn down service was not every night) and the wait staff in the restaurant was very slow and meals there are... More

This hotel is one of those PERFECT hotels but first I will start with the staff you can see and feel during the entire stay that all of the staff are going the extra mile to be perfect in service. Especially the concierge team where Mr. Jason Gordon stood out with perfection. All of my needs where anticipated and they... More

This is our second visit to the Waldorf and it's as perfect as it was the last time we visited. You are treated like royalty with impeccable, courteous service. Royal treatment begins when you walk through the door. Rooms are beautifully decorated and include all amenities you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Doesn't even come close in luxury... More

the hotel is extremely beautiful and attention to detail is absolute. The staff were very friendly and gave great service. The dining room staff did not have a full command of English but were helpful and smiling at all times. The room was beautiful but I must say the hotel and rooms were beginning to show signs of wear and... More
