This hotel brings a level of hotel that Jerusalem has not seen till now. It is a beautiful property with an extremely elegant Waldorf feel. Location is great and they are training a very professional staff. Only disadvantage is that there are no rooms with old city view.

We simply wanted to use the bar, clearly the staff don't have a clue what they're doing as on the phone we were told it was open. On arrival we were treated like trash told that we couldn't have been told such a thing. If you want to book it's unlikely they'll have your booking. Go to any hotel just... More

Dear ezt1, Thank you for your comments. Please know that the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem did not open its doors to the public until Friday, April 11th. As you noted you visited our property on April 10th, the hotel was not officially operational on that day or welcoming guests. Please visit us again. Sincerely, Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem More
