A great place to meet independent traveler(to share cost for taxi and share travelling experiences), clean room, helpful staff, great location - near Tram and Market. They also offer wide range of tours around Israel. Would stay there again if I visit Jerusalem.

My group stayed several nights at this location. The more I paid attention to what Abraham offered, the more impressed I became: Location is within walking distance of just about everything in Jerusalem; the hostel offers all kinds of tours of Israel; special events each night; different rooming arrangements (dorms for sharing with strangers or private rooms for couples/families); community... A great hostel - helpful and informative staff, great community vibe, lots of events and activities and a very nice space. Stayed in a dorm with private bathroom. Beds are fine but room does get loud and bright in the morning - bring ear plugs and an eye mask for better sleep. Unlike many hostels I've been to, many families... More

It's very basic but clean - I guess this is what you should expect when staying at the hostel. Very well located, good atmosphere, helpful staff. On the other hand the room was very noisy (street window) so we couldn't get much sleep in the morning. Still I consider it a good choice for a budget traveler when staying in... More

Basic but clean double room with private bathroom and air conditioning. Bed wasn't actually a double but two singles pushed together, which is probably normal for hostels. Well located for getting around Jerusalem. Only downside was the very poor breakfast which didn't even include orange juice.

I spent my first 3 nights in Jerusalem at Abraham Hostel. Very nice, clean place, good atmosphere and very nice people. I loved the Shabat celebration, specially I liked the explanations which have been given. The location is very good and it is very easy to reach the old city from the hostel, by foot or with the train. I hope... More

We have stayed for four nights in the Hostel with five friends. Each one of us is glad we've chosen this place to stay and would like to come back. It's a place to meet other people so easely, like in breakfasttime, Lobby and Lounge&Bar place. So we did and for us this connection was important for our stay in... More

Dear traveler. It's great to hear that you were so happy from the hostel and you made good friends and good memories - these are exactly the reasons why we've opened Abraham Hostel. As for your comments - while you were staying with us the rooftop terrace was not operational officially. Now it has been renovated and I invite you... More

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The staff si super friendly, kind and informative. We took private room which was clean and there was always hot shower. Breakfast was refreshing. Many interesting people are staying there, hostel has great vibe and energy. 15 min to the old city attractions in lively neighbourhood of modern Jerusalem with a... More

My husband and I stayed here four nights while touring Jerusalem. We've traveled extensively and this was our first hostel experience. We enjoyed it! As another reviewer stated, it's about the people and we met wonderful people during our stay here. The Hostel staff was friendly and very helpful. We took full advantage of the Hostel's Traveler's Center for side... More

If you are reading this then the chances are you are considering staying there. Well, I arrived to the hotel late due to delays at the airport. However, this should not have made any difference to my check in procedure for (a) the hostel were expecting me on that day and not on a specific hour, (b) check ins are... More
