A very pleasant quiet hotel, close to public transport and with a lot of eateries close by. Breakfast is a real treat, nothing ostentatious, but delightful, since one can sit outside. Staff is friendly, especially the kitchen personnel.

very refreshing to find something small,an actual bed and breakfast that does not cost an arm and a leg! although the room could have done with doing up and modernising a bit- it was clean and perfectly adequate. breakfast was delicious. biggest bonus- we got to park right outside front door. position was great for us. there should be more... At the Eden, you are greeted with a smile. The whole hotel is spotless. Our room was clean, and smelled lovely. We had a very nice balcony, and the shower in the bathroom was INCREDIBLE. If you want some peace and quiet in Jerusalem, the tranquility of the Eden will not disappoint. Enjoy the luxurious breakfast and the beautiful surroundings... More

Quiet, clean small "family" hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The reception "clerk" ensured that our asks during the booking were fulfilled, suggested us the "culture" program and when we said that we are planning to go to Museum of Israel - informed us that hotel gives the discount, gave us instructions how to arrive to the places of our... Having just returned home from our third most enjoyable visit to the Eden Jerusalem Hotel since 2012, I can say without any hesitation that myself and my family had a most wonderful time. From our experience we can reassure those planning to come to Israel that there is no need to cancel or defer their visit. We arrived in on... More

Quiet, clean, and well-maintained small hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, from the time of booking and throughout the stay. It's a mile or so from the center of old Jerusalem, but there's good public transportation and also a pleasant walk down the hill to the old city. After a full day of exploring Jerusalem, it was nice to get... More

The hotel is situated in the living block 3 small blocks from the big road. Quiet place, but you need to drive your car (where do you leave it in the downtown?) or use the public transportation. The last option is good in Jerusalem, I recommend it. Breakfast is typical for Israel, but better than usually in Israely hotels. Wlaking... More

Booking from the internet description is always a bit of a gamble, but we found this hotel to be clean, airy and our room was surprisingly roomy, especially since we were travelling three: my 20-something son, my wife and myself. The room had a balcony, a sitting room and a bedroom, all for a very reasonable price for three! What’s... More

A great place. Line Djamchid the manager and her staff were so hospitable. During the stay all the staff were friendly and responsive to my requests for help, They upgraded my room and the price they charged, which included breakfasts for two, was way below hotels of similar quality. When I came back after checking out, Lin has left me... More
