We were 10 family members, ranging in age from 5 months to 57 years, with a small budget. We needed a place to stay in Jerusalem for one night after a visit to the Dead Sea and before returning north. This hostel was perfect! We took two rooms, had comfortable beds, hot showers, a decent breakfast and very pleasant staff.... More

We invited our family members to stay over for the weekend for an event. Since the place is close to our home and we needed many rooms, we booked all the rooms. The place was very welcoming and we received wonderful service, everyone was very helpful and attentive to our needs, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Good place, tidy, I liked the breakfast and the personnel. There is some distance to the city centre, but especially when it's not your first time in Jerusalem it's a good place to stay with some places worth visiting closeby, as well as a bus stop in the same street (Ein Gedi St). Besides, there is a library in the... More

I like to travel alone and this is the one of best staying in Jerusalem . The room was clean and the people was nice and polite. They tried to take care and answered all the questions I had which warmed my heart.

Beit Ben Yehuda is the best place to stay in Jerusalem. It is safe, clean, spacious and centrally situated in an area with many trees and flowers. BBY is equipped with an elevator, therefore wheelchair-accessible. It is also within easy walking distance of the Old City of Jerusalem, even the Israel and Lands of the Bible Museums. Well-balanced breakfast is... More

I recommend very much this hostel - very interesting place (historical), very nice simple and clean rooms, simple, but delicious breakfast with good cake also :) Free wifi connection. Not so far away from the center (30min walking by foot).

we traveled to Jerusalem for a vacation with 3 children and wanted a simple room, law costs, so we could spend more on other attractions. Beit Ben Yehuda was the perfect place for us. Do not expect much from the breakfast (we brought some food with us so it made breakfast better) but we enjoyed the area & the basic... More

Shared a room with my 2 adult daughters. The room, which was designed for six, was neat and clean with en-suite shower room and separate toilet. There were pull down bunk beds but I would not have liked to share with 5 other adults. A family with 4 youngsters would find it manageable though, Breakfast was included and was a... More

I took a group on a pilgrimage to Israel and we spent 5 nights in this hotel while we were in Jerusalem. It is a lovely property - clean, comfortable and with good food. Service was also good and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I encountered two minor problems. The first is that the hotel is adjacent to the... More
