I start by saying this is a guest house because if you are expecting a hotel room with amenities you will be disappointed. I actually enjoy this small property. The rooms are basic but functional. I particularly like the safe area of town. I am a walker so walking the 40 minutes to the Old City is a adventure for... More

We celebrated a family gathering during a weekend and each guest was thrilled with the accommodation and special atmosphere of this outstanding guest house hospitality and consideration. Each member of the team was very efficient and helpful and we will be glad to use the facility in future. A gem in Jerusalem!

Very friendly service, clean and tidy place for a pleasant stay in a pleasant environment. We had a very good experience there. Deviated from the norms for us, extended breakfast time, added products. Warm & human service. Gorgeous structure with a beautiful garden. Quiet neighborhood.

We stayed nine nights in June. We met friendly people here. The rooms were cleaned daily, food for breakfast was good. The wi-fi was good and there were several computers to use upstairs too. We felt safe here and the area around the guest house felt safe. We walked to to old city from here several times, walked around the... More

All I can say is WOW. The customer service is incredible - all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Haran particularly went above and beyond to help us out multiple times. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the kindness and hospitality showed to us here! We showed up very late the first night, with no way to call... More

I spent 5 weeks staying at Beit Ben Yehuda and it felt like home by the end of the stay. It is in a very nice neighborhood with a couple of convenience stores within 5 minutes walk. The major bus line is within 5 minutes. There are a few restaurants around, but the selection is limited within 5 minutes. If... More

A dorm-like room but not uncomfortable. There is a communal kitchen that is sometimes dirty and which they try to keep 'milk only' which is sort of weird and limits breakfast choices. But breakfast is around a big table and you meet other people which is pleasant. I think the place is sponsored by a coalition of German protestant churches... More

I stayed here for one night in June 2012. I only received the request to review this property in June 2014, two years after my stay (I couldn't select the correct month I stayed there in the drop-down menu, so I chose the closest month, which was July 2013). The accommodation was rather basic but very clean, staff were extremely... More
