Unless you want to ruin your trip to Jerusalem, do not go to this hotel. Building really old. Rooms with 6 beds in line. Worst WiFi, towels like paper. Slept with my clothing on, not trusting the sheets. Breakfast not for humans. Neighborhood, really dangerous. Only the view but is not worth it.

Stayed in January 2015 and found staff friendly and helpful. Room was OK but view from room of old city was a great bonus. Breakfast was provided but despite being told restaurant was open on the first night the chef didn't turn up and their are no close restaurants for a meal.Ended up buying some snack type foods at the... For the price, this hotel really was terrific, with 24 hour reception meaning our arrival at 2 in the morning just wasn't a problem. It also really does have the best view in Jerusalem, and, set just outside the walled city, is close to many other important attractions: the mount of the olives, the Russian orthodox church of Mary Magdelene,... I've been in this hotel in November with the family and I really enjoyed every single thing of it specially the effective reception staff, they are smiling all the time, they recommend a nice restaurants near the area, tours and everything that might interest the tourists, special thanks must go to Gal, Issam and Osama to make my stay a perfect... Easiest to list good and bad. The good was the spectacular view from the room window over the city. Day and night the view was incredible. The bad was everything else. It was a long hot slog to the city down into the valley and back up, then through the city gate to try to find somewhere to eat. The... More

You will feel like you are going back in time, but the price is also right for the old ol days! not fancy but clean, nice location but old design. overall, i would go if you know what you are going into, it is not luxury by any means.

I was a solo female traveler during passover and i was extremely lucky to find one open room in this hotel. The room itself was dated but cozy and clean. I had a wonderful view of the Dome of the Rock and part of the Old City. What made this hotel great was the helpful and accommodating staff. They gave... More

Arrived at the end of June and stayed at Panorama for three nights. I imagine this hotel would have been dare I say it, luxurious, once upon a time. Maybe sometime in the 1990's perhaps. And looking at the decor it is easy to conclude that the hotel is still very much living in a bygone era. The hotel itself,... More

We stayed at the Panorama during our stay in Jerusalem. The room was small but adaquate for a family of 4. The hotel is nicely located...near the old city ...Ben yehuda street and more. It's not a 5 star but will do nicely if you are looking for a 4. Nice pool !!

Good view of the dome, but there are great views from many hotels so this is not enough of a reason to stay. We were woken up early every morning with someone opening our door to clean, they never knocked. This felt very invasive and also ruined a good night sleep. There were so many people working there that it... More
