Warm, caring nice staff. Gorgeous newly remodeled public spaces and renovation of rooms en route. Marvelous tasty food. Fresh, clean smell. Amazing views from the windows to every direction. Central to everywhere in Jerusalem. Check out Marcel in the lobby, Sami at the front desk, and savor the atmosphere in the lobby bar at night.

Everything in room besides TV looks old, and is obvious that hotel hasn't been properly maintenanced. Bathroom looks like in 2 star hotel or at student dormitory, rust is visible. Breakfast is poor, (on shabbat there was not even scrambled eggs or hot milk!! as usual ). Lunch and dinner are acceptable, although definitely not in rank of 4-star hotel.... More

A clean room but not a luxury hotel. A long walk from the nearest bus. Room has thermostat but you can't control it so was always warm. Housekeeping continually removed robes and towels that they provided for no reason. Hot water takes 5 minutes to warm up. Overall, eh.

The furniture is torn down. Not a luxury hotel as offered. Service the worst. internet free only one hour a day in the loby, costs in the room. Asked for a bath robe, rejected in bad mood. Towels the worst quality. Food more or less good. Just began renovation, extremely noisy and not even a chair in reception if you... More

Service was mostly prompt and friendly. Food was fantastic. Easy access to transportation and all parts of Jerusalem. The pool, exercise, and sauna are top notch. Some minor cavils: No clock in the room. Adjustment controls on the TV seemed to have been disabled. Wish the cleaning staff understood some English. Would recommend this hotel to anyone in a minute.

This is realy not 5 star hotel. The room was not clean. There was no toilet paper at all and there was no toilet tissue. Towels thin and old. There is no night-lamps by the bed. To turn off the light you need to get out of bed. Besides the fact that the room was spacious and with big and... More

Absolutely top-notch service and friendly staff! I was so happy with your property on a recent trip. The greeting upon check-in and hotel orientation was outstanding. The property was excellently maintained and provided a superb buffet each evening. Thank you for taking care of our group during our stay!

Was in Israel for business and spent 2 nights at the Ramada Jerusalem (recommended by American Express Travel) The bad 1. Traveled with a coworker who was charged a 2500 deposit to his card which I was not charged (I am white, he is dark skinned/Pakastan). So I suspect some profiling 2. Was there for Shabbat, so I understand the... More

whilst I did not sleep her I spent two long days at a conference in this hotel. The staff are unhelpful, the lobby wifi is free for one hour a day and after that you are asked to pay 24$ for 24 hours. No reasonable explanation was given for this. There are insufficient chairs in the lobby, no coffee facilities... More
