Pros: 1) The rooms were comfortable and clean. 2) The food was good, especially breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed the good spread of salad, yoghurt, cheese and bread. The lamb and beef were also great. 3) The staff was generally helpful and attentive. 4) No wifi in room but I could sit at the spacious lobby and use wifi as long... More

we were there from a friday through friday (for a whole week). The front lobby staff was zero help on offering places to get food for friday or saturday. Plus when we did drive out to a place, the fridge in the room did not work (and even after they tried to replace it, the second one also did not... More

Rooms are dirty, garbage bin has not been emptied before arrival, leakage in the toilet, poor customer service, food level is below average but on top of all that the price is quite high! I complained about the garbage, but it not has been take care of. The very last thing was the soap. I opened the soap box that... More

Poor customer service, dirty rooms, no towels, no shampoo, no soap, bugs in the shower, shower knob fell off, disgusting potporri smell and completely unaccommodating. I would never stay here again. I setup a meeting with the general manager to discuss all the problems that I had at the hotel and his response was that I should be happy with... More

This hotel is very close to the main routes around Jerusalem and the light rail. The Knesset (Israeli Parliament) and the Museum are also a short distance away. I stayed here because it was also the venue for a conference that I had to attend. The rooms were average with nothing exceptional to remember. The menu for breakfast and dinner... More

The hotel wifi was limited to one hour in the lobby. You can get wifi in your room for an additional $6 per day but the wifi is slow compared to other hotels in Israel. The amenities and gift shops were average but the staff and other hotel personnel were very courteous and professional. The hotel was dated and the... More

We spent three nights here (the Royal Wing) during our tour of Israel. Located in the city's modern area (outside the walls), the hotel is conveniently located to national government offices (Knesset, Supreme Court etc.), public transport, and fashionable shopping areas. The Royal Wing is connected to the main/old wing, which boasts of the usual amenities (indoor swimming pool, health... More
