I stayed here for one night because they have a great pool and spa. However the room is extremely plain for a $160 night hotel. The front desk staff were not always helpful; it has that same feeling at many hotels there however, somewhat backward. However, Surad was very helpful. No bath, just a shower, even though my booking said... More

Unsanitary and unsafe conditions of the Royal Crown Hotel We returned from Israel on Wednesday night, December 30, 2015. We took a tour by Cosmos../.Amiel...and for three nights we were put in the filthiest, most unsafe, terrible hotel that we have ever seen....The Royal Crown hotel in Jerusalem. It should be shut down. See my posts on Travel Advisor. ‬... More

I am 76 years of age and for the last few months had been walking on crutches. Three months ago I had a problem at the Remada hotel in West Jerusalem in which the security officer whose name as I was told was Matan was involved. Instead of helping me deal the problem he launched an unbelievable verbal attack which... More

Spent four nights here in early December while on a tour. Definitely a tour friendly hotel. Impressive lobby, but a bit cold, which sets the tone. Impressive at first place, but not much behind it. Rooms were fine, although the lack of wash clothes is a puzzle. We heard this was a possibility and brought our own. The other hotel... More

It's a typical Jerusalem hotel during the weekend, lots of very religious families, lots of children, quite worn down and quite mediocre. However, the room was very clean and big, the breakfast buffet was rich and the staff very friendly. So, ok overall.

This hotel was chosen for a conference and it was not up to par. There were many problems and the staff at the desk didn't always have solutions. Breakfast was great - large selection with everything imaginable.

The staff is the worst. I couldn't even get them to turn around fully to talk to me, let alone smile. That is, until the manager appeared. The best thing was that it was fairly clean. This hotel is nondescript and could be anywhere. There are many tour groups that come through, but many families.

This is a funny hotel, at least when I was visiting. Large groups with kids, nice lobby, free wifi in the lobby, but rooms are pretty worn down. Breakfast buffet is big, but not great and no good coffee. Friendly staff though, not outstanding in any way. If you do not have to be here because of work there are... More

Considering the Hotel is geared for Conference's which was my purpose for 4 days and Business ( as well as Tourists) first off very unhappy that the WIFI had to pay for it. Also found it was not to reliable had had numerous problems with - support was good - but still went with over 24 hours at the end... More
