It's for everyone” It is a huge vacation land. It has everything for everyone. Very nice anda lot of fun. There are plenty of stores and quite a few restaurants(are so good). The best part is the pool and good coffeee. The hotel really makes you feel "you're on vacation."

Terriable hotel, bed bugs to filth. If it was in the USA the health Department would have them closed. Black mold growing on the walls, toilets that do not flush, vomit on the carpeting not cleaned from hoe ever many guests ago. Bed sofier then a bean bag chair and pillows bigger then hot air ballons. Lobby floor is sticky... More

The breakfast & dinner buffets were excellent. Free wi-fi for 1 hour every 24 hours. You can log in again within that 24 hour period with a different email address. The climate control in the room was non-existent, the bathroom smelled of mildew, ants on the floor in the bathroom. I would not stay there again.

I stayed for 7 nights in the Royal Wing during Sukkot. The room was plain and I was frustrated to find there was no information about the hotel in my room. Fortunately I was attending a huge event at the Pais Stadium and was not at the hotel for much of the day. A couple of days I arrived back... More

Rooms are in need of an update. The furniture is old and outdated. The bathroom has been updated. Wifi is free only in the lobby, once you get a code from the desk. The food at the buffet need a description. I was not sure what I was eating. I can not recommend this hotel.

Stayed 4 nights. Breakfast and dinner buffets and staff were outstanding! Maid service a little lax. The rooms were noisy in the am when tour buses started up. Some in our group had no hot water which the management attempted to fix (took 2 days)

The Ramada Jerusalem is a very nice and safe hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a tour and enjoyed it. The rooms are very nice, clean, and simple. We were on the 4th floor. The bathroom looked recently remodeled. Our room did not have a bathtub, but instead had a nice walk-in shower. If you want... More
