I stayed on the 8th floor on weeknights - very quiet, clean comfortable room, excellent wifi connection - bring a kettle. Reception staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast healthy and delicious. Staff lovely. Location superb. 10mins walk from three excellent museums on ruppin. Lobby clean and relaxing. Only one problem was door staff made me go through a revolving door... More

We were on a group tour and stayed at the Ramada for 5 nights. The rooms were fine (although the mattresses were hard) and very clean. We would rate the dining room as excellent - great food, lots of choices and the staff was very accommodating. The only down side and the part that left a bad taste in our... More

Just got back last week from one week at the Ramada. The hotel is centrally located but not really close to the old city. It is however in a safe area and close to the Knesset and Israel museum. It is also walkable distance to Givat Shaul. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. Management was helpful when... More

Most of the hotel has recently been remodeled and updated. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable but narrow (twin size!). Our room had a large walk-in shower, no tub. Refrigerator in room but no coffee maker or complimentary water (when traveling in Israel, it's a good idea to only use filtered bottled water - even for brushing your teeth,... More

Most aspects of this hotel are fine. The meals in their restaurants leave a lot to be desired. More

This hotel used to be part of the Renaissance branding, and possibly downgraded to Ramada due to age. LOCATION Located on the  Western part of downtown Jerusalem, close to governmental buildings such the Supreme Court. The Old City on on the east, so this is the opposite end ie Western part. Next to the Ramada is Leonardo Inn and Park... More

The hotel was clean, but really old. The carpets in the ballroom had that moth-like smell. Towels were clean, but lacked that fresh-laundry smell. No free Internet and the paid Internet signal was really bad. Also, receptionist was grouchy and did not go out of his way to entertain us. We had to practically wave our hands at his face... More

I found it generally a bit disappointing, and over rated. There was a deafening noise from work being done at the hotel. The reception didn't care, and although I told them that I already have a reservation for the next week, so that they should place me a higher floor or so, at least for next week, fell on deaf... At first look walking into the lobby, it appears very to be a very nice hotel. It is in a lot of ways; the gym, indoor pool, and saunas are all pleasant retreats after a day of sightseeing. I guess staying on the top floor where the rooms are a little nicer and cost more, I expected it to be... More
