The Old City of Jerusalem is a hard place to find a hotel. knight's Palace is so central and great for being able to come back and forth from the Holy Sepulcher Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly.

Good/Free Wireless and very helpful front desk staff. Great location - close to both New Gate and Jaffa gate. My eyes burned from the cigarette smoke from previous occupants and forget going to be before 2300 since the bar is in the courtyard and it is extremely loud! Rooms are large but not luxurious. Stay for the location and wireless... More

The hotel is beautiful and the public spaces are fantastic. It has a charming medieval feel, is clean, the staff are pleasant, and in general this would be an excellent base for sightseeing. At night, the hotel is very quiet. It is situated in back alleys of the Christian quarter but is very close to New and Jaffa Gates. The... More

For location, this hotel cannot be faulted. It is within the city walls, 1 minute from New Gate, and 5 minutes from Jaffa Gate. The hotel itself is stunning, with Crusader/medieval features. The food is simple, but good and healthy. The staff are helpful, but occasionally too busy. The only down side are the rooms. They are quite basic, and... More

If you want a comfortable stay in the Old City within walking distance of lots of sights and shopping, with good food and a lovely outdoor patio, this is it. If you want luxury, this isn't for you. I came with a group. I appreciated the free wifi (although it didn't always reach to my room, the last in the... More

Located in the Christian quarter of Jerusalem, Knight Palace was a safe, comfortable place to stay for my 10 days in Jerusalem. An 8 minute stroll down the street led me to the Holy Sepulcher. It is located within the Old City wall, but it is a few minutes from a modern shopping mall. Nice little cafes and stores are... More

I enjoyed staying at the Knight's Palace. I have stayed many times. It's simple clean and the food is good. Nothing fancy but the location inside the Old City is why I stay. You can walk to everything in the Old City. Staff is very helpful and kind. They offer free Wi-Fi... not very fast but good enough to send... More

We spent five days at this hotel. The rooms are very bright and spacious. Bathrooms need some renovation and towels are up to be changed. Breakfast is acceptable, though their coffee quality is poor. If you want a true Old Jerusalem experience, this is the place to be. It is truly within walking distance of every landmark in the old... More

I stayed at Knights Palace two nights recently. The first night, my flight arrived at 1100 PM on Shabat and I could not get to my final destination in Bethlehem. The taxi driver didn't seem to know where Knights Palace was and didn't seem interested in looking at my map. He stopped and pointed across the street - "New Gate."... More

Loved our 5 nights here. Nice and quiet location. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. It was a great place to retreat to after a day of seeing the sights. Good variety of food available. Rooms are air conditioned and have heat if needed too.
