The Hotel is very well located in walking distance to Jerusalem's Old City and with a good range of restaurants and shops close by. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Internet connection both in the rooms and in public space is very good. For me as a business traveller, the main negative aspect was the small size of the room.... More

We ate here on our last night in Jerusalem and we were far from disappointed. The food was divine. I had the salmon, which was delicious. Around our table, the filet mignon and lamb chops were also enjoyed. The appetizers were wonderful. The service was second to none.

Very clean. Excellent bathroom and shower. Safe. Tea and coffee making facilities and fridge. Very good for breakfast but hot food not quite as hot as it should have been. It would be better to fetch our own coffee instead of waiting to be served when it's busy. Good outside eating place if you don't want to use the restaurant.... More

We really liked this quaint Boutique hotel. It was so close to the Old City. The, "Light," rail was right there, so it made it easy to travel around the city. Really liked the staff of the hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We look forward to returning in the near future when we visit Israel again!

We had a one night stay at this hotel on Easter Sunday. We had booked a basic room but were a little concerned following recent reviews. However we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and well stocked with toiletries, teas and coffees and even bath robes. There was a king size bed which was extremely comfortable - I... More

I have rarely had a worse stay in a hotel. The first room I was assigned smelled of sewage so badly I asked for a switch. They sent someone to ‘check whether it smells’ rather than just take my word for it, but fine, they agreed it smelled and changed the room. The new room had a similar, though not... More

I really enjoy staying at the Legacy for work when I'm in Jerusalem. Everyone is so friendly and really helpful. There is a gym in the basement which is free to access. The only challenge I have is the wifi. It constantly needs the access codes re-entered which gets frustrating. But I still enjoy staying there!!

Legacy is a bit more expensive than the other hotels in the area but very clean with nice touches such as a robe, beautiful big balconies and comfortable beds. They also serve alcohol in the bar and restaurant. The staff were efficient and professional as well as helpful in organising taxis.

Legacy Hotel is a few minutes away from Damascus Gate and there's also a tram stop nearby, so it's extremely convenient. The room was tiny and in need of renovation but fine if you're just there to sleep - and the big terrace was lovely. Breakfast was good and with a lot of choice (though it's a pity they give... Hotel has been renovated and it's looking nice! Location: this is a good location since you can walk to the old town. You can reach the temple or the walls in 15 min walking. But this is the Arab part of town, so not the most upscale neighborhood. Rooms: not big, but good size. Have a fridge, balcony, nice bed... More
