This is the best place to stay if you are going to visit Old Jerusalem. It's a five minute walk. The room is cozy. Ask for a room with a balcony, we had one and it was great to sit down, eat mangos and look at the city. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean. Overall very satisfied. Again,... More

Location is good, not too far from Damascus Gate, easy to walk too. Rooms are clean but nothing more. Best part is restaurant on top floor with great views. Otherwise seemed a bit overpriced. Average service to say the least

This hotel is in the east part of the city, and so stays out of the radar for many trevelers. Nonetheless, it is very pleasant, with good size rooms, good wifi and increadible breakfast. The bkreakfast room has gorgeous views of the city. They have free parking - you need to ask an attendant to open it for you, but... More

I usually stay at the Ambassdor and will go back to there. The legacy is a simple, clean, adequate East Jerusalem hotel. Everything is fine; nothing is great. The staff speaks English and Arabic and answer questions adequately. But they don't go out of their way to be helpful. Front desk staff seemed either grumpy or preoccupied with chatting with... The Hotel is very well located in walking distance to Jerusalem's Old City and with a good range of restaurants and shops close by. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Internet connection both in the rooms and in public space is very good. For me as a business traveller, the main negative aspect was the small size of the room.... More

We ate here on our last night in Jerusalem and we were far from disappointed. The food was divine. I had the salmon, which was delicious. Around our table, the filet mignon and lamb chops were also enjoyed. The appetizers were wonderful. The service was second to none.

Very clean. Excellent bathroom and shower. Safe. Tea and coffee making facilities and fridge. Very good for breakfast but hot food not quite as hot as it should have been. It would be better to fetch our own coffee instead of waiting to be served when it's busy. Good outside eating place if you don't want to use the restaurant.... More

We really liked this quaint Boutique hotel. It was so close to the Old City. The, "Light," rail was right there, so it made it easy to travel around the city. Really liked the staff of the hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We look forward to returning in the near future when we visit Israel again!

We had a one night stay at this hotel on Easter Sunday. We had booked a basic room but were a little concerned following recent reviews. However we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and well stocked with toiletries, teas and coffees and even bath robes. There was a king size bed which was extremely comfortable - I... More

I have rarely had a worse stay in a hotel. The first room I was assigned smelled of sewage so badly I asked for a switch. They sent someone to ‘check whether it smells’ rather than just take my word for it, but fine, they agreed it smelled and changed the room. The new room had a similar, though not... More
