Good location as its near to Dome of the Rock (walking distance 10mins). Room is clean although a bit small. Our room is facing the school courtyard.overlooking the Dome of the Rock in the distance. Staff are friendly. Lots of shops nearby.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights recently. This is in the Arab section of Jerusalem just outside the walls. The location is great as it is in walking distance to the Old Town and there are restaurants nearby open on Fridays. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms very nice and clean. We did not experience the noise issues... More

Stayed here for 4 days. Great location everything in walking distance. However, really noisy hotel and constant disruptions at 5am each day as people knocking on doors and screaming in corridor did ask to move rooms which we did but had same problem. Breakfast nothing special. Staff and managers all friendly and helpful

Location was good as it was walking distance of the Old City. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores and money exchangers. The hotel staff was very unfriendly. They could not exchange any money even when they promoted that. The food was not good. Our room was the worse we have been in a while. It was noisy, drafty and the heater... More

all is well is good in this hotel. I love the food & where it is. Walking to AlAqsa is easy peasy. staff look serious but actually really friendly. If only the lights are turned on so can see from afar.

I stayed at this hotel very recently and enjoyed my time here. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and speak good English and are always happy to help. In terms of location, it is fantastic. I was able to get to the Al-Aqsa masjid within five minutes for all my prayers and wander round the Old City on foot! From... More

The location is wonderful can see the wall from the hotel, we were worried we wouldn't be able to find our way back but it's well labeled so it's hard to miss. The rooms were the cleanest I stayed in in all of the Middle East (and many other places to be honest). The staff was very friendly and speaks... More

Stayed for three nights for a visit to Al-Aqsa. Advised to ask for room 320 - 325 for a direct view to Dome of the Rock. Room is spacious. Have options for twin or double bed. The only aspect the management must look into is the shower. The bathroom is not a split level - hence when you have your... More

Best location for spiritual journey. Not far away from Aqsho Mosque. So, you can take a photograph from the room. Very friendly staff too. But, it's hard to find store which sell mobile phone and the sim card. Most of all, there is no hard feeling about the services of this hotel. Bring me back there please :D.

This hotel is located very close to Damascus Gate, you can do everything just walking. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, a friendly staff, the dinner of you want is a buffet but we asked to eat something different and in the reception they called a pizza delivery for us. Breakfast included and many choices. A very good place... More
