I've stayed at this hotel many times with my four kids. Many people have called this hotel expensive, but I beg to differ. If you have more than two kids and therefore need to get two, or even three hotel rooms in most hotels, getting one suite in the royal garden is comparatively cheap. The hotel is mostly geared towards... More

This hotel specializes in families with children--children's art work in the halls, suite rooms designed especially for families, with kitchenettes that have not only a small fridge and microwave, but also a small dishwasher and two electric hobs and exhaust fan. The pool is a wading pool with a sandy bottom, making it both safe and fun for young children.... More

Were there for Sukkot holiday. The hotel was packed with families and little kids. Right at check-in they upgraded us to a larger suite and a 4pm check-out, free of charge. Pros: great pools and water slide, kids club, breakfast buffet, surprise complimentary upgrades Cons: could have more dining options, a little expensive. Will definitely come back !

We stayed for 3 nights in high season, royal suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. Overall experience was nice as we liked having our own kitchen, it is very comfortable with kids and there is a supermarket downstairs where you can buy most of what you need. There were few drawbacks: -The sleeping arrangement includes an opening sofa, not... More

the royal garden is probably not the place if you are coming for two or three days and are not accompanied by young kids....but if you are, it is a great place. stationed right on the "tayelet" (sea side broadwalk) of Eilat where everyone (wether you like the crowds or not, everything the city has to offer is there). the... I joined my friend to a conference in Eilat, so I didn't pay the usual rate for this hotel. So my review has nothing to do with money. The rooms are actually suites, so they are quite big considering the Israeli standard. However the hotel is pretty old so the rooms are OK but not more than that: The LCDs... More

a nice looking, clean hotel near the beach - those are the good things. here are the bad things: expensive, not a very impressive service ( cant get concierge service before 13:00 and even then he isnt always there), rooms are average looking (at least the ones on the first 2 floors need immediate renewal) breakfast is less than impressive...
