The best place to stay in Eilat. Lots of food on the buffet table. The room is clean, has a little kitchen and great for a family. I love the balcony too. I just they could put a WiFi in every room and not just at the lobby. Would love to stay there again.

Check-in took for ages as there were many arrivals and we finally got the rooms at nearly 16:00. We booked 4 suites one of the bedrooms had a strong odour of cigatettes. No coffee tea or sugar in the rooms (as there was a few years ago). Dining room could be a bit nicer during the week with table cloths... More

The hotel was very crowded and extremely noisy. It is mainly for families with kids. The rooms are very average, no Wifi. Parking is also very difficult to find. The reception is really poor, and the services provided is very limited. Not recommended to couples at all.

My sister-in law invited me to join her in Eilat for a few days. Except for the politeness and niceness of Mr. Reddy the staff was rude and incompetent, even with a smile on their faces. Although this is going to be long it is worth reading so as NOT to make the same mistake we did. Because we are... More

The staff and management need to go on some urgent customer service training. The check-in took 2 1/2 hours and we only received our room at 18:20. We were treated like criminals because I wanted to take my resident bangle off at times eg. When sunbathing or sleeping. I was told that this is not allowed. My niece and nephew... More

This is a huge complex but there are some excellent facilities from the gym, swimming pools with lifeguards, supermarket with fresh bread in the morning. There is a heated swimming pool and a couple of Jacuzzis one for adults and one for children. The water was bath temperature. We had a room facing the swimming pool which would have been... More

We had a lovely time renting the Caribbean suite, but were quite disappointed by the fact that about 90% of the pools were closed off, so if your motivation for coming is either the pools or the childrens activity center (arcade, games, etc.), first find out if it's even open, because we were there in march and everything was basically... General experience was quite poor starting with check in where the reception did not have our reservation . We were there for a sport activity and reservations were made for us by the sporting group. Rather than direct us to the liaison for the group ( which was just down the hall) she told us to phone whoever made the... More

No frills, no expectations, no problems. Everything provided is adequate and comfortable enough for a family of four with plenty of bed linen, towels and even chocolate. Rooms are adequate, beds are fine and there is a dining table for four or more at a pinch. Nice balconies - try to get a pool facing suite. Self catering with microwave,... More
