Everything was so pleasant, so easy. Lovely helpful staff, AMAZING breakfast spread. The hotel feels new after recent renovation, rooms were just the right size, very clean, airy, wonderfully comfortable beds and linens, perfect balcony. Comfortable if unimaginative pool, great gym, nice indoor jacuzzi and saunas and a fun gameroom for kids. Location puts you right on the promenade and... more

Yes, it is a stylish looking place and it has a good location among the strip of hotels on this part of the beach. However, the so-called superior rooms we were in were tiny (although smart looking). There was no power outlet available near the modest work area in my room. The shower was excellent, but the bathroom itself is... more

We had an amazing time in Rimonim Neptune Eilat. The hotel is located on the so-called "1st row" (to the North of the Red sea beach) of Eilat hotels, 1/2 minute walk to the beach and the (shopping+restaurants+night clubs) promenade, 5 minutes walk to the nearby shopping mall. The area is full of various restaurants, all within minutes' walking distance.... more

We ended our trip at this hotel in Eliat and it was great. People were very nice and the room was fantastic with great views of the Red Sea! Our only real complaint was the the concierge did not speak English very well which was a bit frustrating as we are from America. But she was still very sweet and... more

This hotel is terrific. It has a good location on the Red Sea with a private beach area. Beautiful rooms with balconies that overlook the pool & Red Sea. Wonderful breakfast buffet. (and the hotel provided an extremely generous boxed breakfast the morning we had a very early departure for a Petra side trip. Hint: if you get the boxed... more

Stayed here over new year with my husband and 2 year old son. Overall, a good hotel, not disappointed. However they do need to sort a few things out which could easily make it a lot better. Pluses: Very good breakfast with great choice. Omelette chef (a woman) was really jolly and friendly. Mostly very friendly and nice staff who... more

My wife and I have just returned from a most delightful week at the Rimonim Neptune Eilat. The Hotel was very very good, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were more than obliging and made every effort to ensure that our requirements were met, even changing our room immediately, to one with a bath, rather than a shower.... more

We spent three nights at the Neptune from Sept 7-10,2008. We had requested three sea view rooms on an upper floor. The location is very central to walking. Parking is free, our room was compact, had a queen bed, was clean, had a small fridge, flat screen TV, safe for valuables, etc. The balcony had two chairs and looked out... more

The Neptune hotel was a terrific place to stay. Eilat was the last stop on a 10-day visit to Israel and the plan was to finally get some R&R in. We couldn't have picked a better place. The hotel is ultra-modern and the rooms were absolutely perfect. Whoever built this hotel was clever. EVERY room looks out onto the pool... more
