To say that you would expect more from a five star Hilton Hotel is an understatement. I'm on day two of a four-day stay here and not only is the staff not as accommodating as I would expect but when I asked to speak to supervisor I also find that they can't do anything to help. Pieces of our room... More

My family and I absolutely loved this hotel in Eilat. The hotel is located smack in the middle of all the action, walking distance from main attractions such as the City of Kings, Ice Mall and many more. The hotel overlooks the Red Sea on one side and the mountains of Jordan on the other. You can even get a... More

This was an impressive looking hotel, certainly. Imposing, with an open lobby and lounge and fairly large pool area. The ground floor is well maintained, clean, and the staff is very attentive. Room services was quick and was a good meal, but be warned, portions are quite large. For the room itself, it was a little underwhelming. It wasn't overly... More

..wish we could have stayed one extra day. We stayed here the day before and after our trip into Jordan to see Petra. We have gold status with Hilton which I am sure made our stay just a bit better but all in all a great hotel. Walking distance easily to the waterfront and many shops. Great pools. The food... More

Dear 727antonyg, Thank you for sharing your lovely review. The Hilton has many different room types, we have renovated new rooms and suites and family rooms with or without a balcony. Next time I would strongly recommend to try the new superior rooms. I look forward welcome you again soon. Best regards Shmulik More

For a Hilton hotel I expect Way more, Staff is very unprofessional , Service at the reception very very poor, I booked two room on one booking and I got one room on the second-floor and one on the 9th floor and they couldn't get me anything better only if I pay more for an upgrade ,The Jacuzzi wasn't working... My husband and I had an amazing experience. We were nervous about staying in the standard rooms from the reviews we read. I called the hotel directly before our visit to tell them our worry. With just a small added fee we were upgraded to a beautiful superior room with a sea view. The staff were very helpful and professional.... More

The problem with this Hilton is that they do not treat their Gold Members as they should. We booked 2 rooms and are Gold Members. When we got our rooms I told my wife I was heading up to the lounge to grab some coffee. Incredibly I was basically interrogated as to my room number and when I asked for... More

Dear Joel S Thank you for your detailed review of your stay in our hotel. Your comments are important to us, as a Hilton Honors VIP guest. Please allow me to explain that entrance to an Executive Lounge, as a Gold member is for the owner of the card and one additional guest. Our hotel abides by this policy. The... More

Room was excellent. It overlooked the marina. Hotel was just feet from the beach. As you go down to the beach, turn left and you will walk along a beachfront filled with restaurants, private hotel beaches, and gorgeous night time views. Turn right from the hotel and you will experience the general public's beach. At night there are lots of... More

Dear wwarren777 Thank you for a great review. Thanks for complimenting the rooms, the view of the marina is truly relaxing. The hotel is indeed located in the promenade center just a few meters away from the beach which allows our guests quick access to anywhere. Thanks for your recommendation and I hope we have the pleasure of hosting you... More
