the rooms are old, and carpets are filthy and the coffee with the breakfast is the worst that i've had in Israel. I must say that I got the room in a very good price and the judgment is not value for money but how it was advertised and what I've expected to find

Cons: spots on carpets, no balcony (they call it "standing balcony" though), time-worn bathrooms, loud music at night (oriental singers sing near the pool till 23:00-23:30). Pros: very good restaurant, nice swimming pool, cheap. Bottom line: it perhaps could be a good 2 stars hotel, but you'll be very disappointed if you expect real 4 stars.

On the whole we had a good deal. Breakfast is excellent. We ate one evening meal which was terrible. All the cooked meat was full of black pepper.....The bedrooms are old and drab and there is no balcony.
