The front desk staff were inept and couldn't cope with guests checking in. We booked via an online agent and the check-in took 25 mins! It was advertised as a multi-lingual hotel but the staff had very bad english. Room service was very slow..An hour for a Pizza! Rooms are not clean, Parking is very very limited. Extremely noisy during... more

The front is very nice, as is the the reception area. When we got here the receptionist that we got didn't look at our booking slip, they weren't expecting us and they thought we were part of a group. They tried putting us into a room we neither booked nor paid for, and it took most of the next day... more
