Great location great atmosphere. Love this place! Its in the city center on the main road. All shops needed are in the surroundings. Staff speaks English well and is very helpful. Minus: sloooow elevators. Great bar on first floor.

This large hotel was not full when I visited (in February, off season) but the staff were nevertheless attentive and helpful. The restaurant has stunning views of the hills around the city and the food was good. My bed was absolutely huge - big enough for a small family - and the room furnished in a modern and attractive way.... More

It's a good hotel for 3 stars with normal rooms. I was with o group with friend visiting all the holly sits. I stayed at the last floor and we have a splendid view over the city. I liked this very much. Pay attetion to your things in the room, because the chambermaid put all my things in the closet... More

On 02.12.2013 I and my daughter have visited Bethlehem Hotel with our group of 52 pax plus 2 guides and a bus driver. In a restaurant tables were served for several groups: open buffet, tea/coffee for 2$ per cup. Menu was simple - perfect for Pilgrimage; we took soup, salad and a cup of coffee (extra). Did not like that... More

The Bethlehem Hotel was perfectly acceptable for a short visit. The staff was very professional and friendly. As others have stated, the hotel primarily caters to large tour groups, so it won't have a personal feeling. The room had some wear and tear, but was clean and comfortable enough. The shower had hot water and a strong flow, even on... More

I stayed here as part of a group for four nights and I had a lovely comfortable and clean room with good facilities. I was very pleased with it. The hotel seems to have recently undergone refurbishment - at least any of the areas I was in. The staff were nice and friendly. The food wasn't the best, but I... More

Stayed for 8 nights on a business trip. The rooms are large and clean, with a good size bathroom, too. The Hotel provides excellent value for money but is targetting mainly large groups rather than individual travellers. Decor and facilities requiring a refresh. Breakfast was OK (even though the juices are awful and coffee is 'instant only'), but Dinner is... More
