Was completely unsure what to expect during our stay in Bethlehem. Traveled with my church group of 60 people. Our room was on the top floor, 11th. View was pretty spectacular. We were told that our room was brand new, only in use for 40 days. It was modern, clean, plenty of bedding and extra pillows. Bathrooms for very functional... More

The service was great, the room large. There was a fridge (nice for our 5 day stay), hair dryer (great after an unusual rain storm in November), hot water shower and bath. There were separate desk, lounge chairs, table, dresser and excellent lighting. Meals in the restaurant were good (buffet). The wait staff very attentive and accommodating. They went out... More

We stayed here when we were travelling as part of a group touring Bethlehem and Jerusalem. The room was spacious, clean and had all one could wish for when spending an overnight in Jerusalem/Bethlehem. Catering for coach groups seems to be its main business and they did this well. Not posh and not basic somewhere in between. The food was... More

My wife and i so much enjoy the hotel especially the lobby. Great staff and great bar. The hotel is central to the arc of Spirituality starting from the Shepherds town, Beit Sahour to The birthplace of our lord Jesus Christ, Bethlehem to Beit Jala where Santa lived in the 4th century.

Spent only 1 night here. View from 7th floor window was great. There is nothing remarkable about my stay...it is what I would consider a budget hotel. At least there were no hidden costs. Free wi-fi is provided in the room and that is a definite plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location seems to be good.

It's a family run very good hotel in bethlehem. Very good bedding, A.C. well equipped toilet and in the center of the city. Quality of the complimentary breakfast is superb. Also the dinner quality too. of course it's a continental food. All is appreciable.

I stayed for a few days on a business trip and I felt relaxed in my room after spending most day in meetings. My room was on the 8th floor, it was fairly quiet and very big for just one person. The staff was very kind, they even let me check out very late without any additional charge.
