I had a great room facing the valley and enjoyed good service. The front desk people and staff are helpful, including Mr. Adham (called 'Adam'). The hotel is around the corner from Manger Square and the Church of the Nativity. It is a good place to start your Bethlehem area exploration.

I was very lucky with my room - a twin with 3 spacious beds! Lots of room and a coffee making machine. On the down side, was a safe and frig that didn't work. Every day the hotel promised to put things right, every day no working safe or frig. Other members of our party said the same thing. Views... More

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel [it was part of a Pilgrimage tour]. This impressive hotel is built on the edge of a cliff, so the coach park is on the ground floor, and reception [facing across to Manger Square] is on the 6th floor! - linked by speedy lifts fortunately. The hotel has a modern... More

I visited when the hotel was very new and it's beautifully equipped, with an excellent buffet. It thoroughly deserves your business, as it's very close to the important landmarks in Bethlehem. You can also commute to Jerusalem and other Christian pilgrimage sites. The calendar isn't letting me go back to my actual visit, which was October 2012 with the Diocese... More

Used the hotel facilities several times. Brand nee hotel straight next to Nativity Church. Hotel offers nice, new rooms. As well as suites and junior suites for affordable price. Need to take care on maintenance services. Staff is friendly. Good food and very tentative on checkout.

Great location across the road from Manger Square and plenty of shops down the road. A new hotel with nice decor and rooms but very poor fit and finish. Door knobs falling off, crooked mirrors, lifts not stopping at correct floors and poor to non existent wi-fi in rooms. A/c in room barely copes with the afternoon heat. Avoid rooms... More

We went on a pilgimage to the Holy Land and stayed at the Manger Square Hotel,it's quite unique in that the reception desk is on the seventh floor, but thats because of the street layout. The staff were more than helpful and could'nt do enough to help with any problems , not that we had any. The rooms were spacious... More

I was part of a group of pilgrims to the Holy Land. We were fortunate to be in this very friendly hotel with large rooms and lots of space. The staff were so helpful in finding the clothes I left behind and sending them on to me. I would definitely go again and hope to do so someday.

I was part of a group on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land and this was an excellent location for the holy sites in Jerusalem and Bethlehem. The hotel was central yet without any street noise or disturbance. Rooms were quiet and very clean and comfortable. There was no wifi in the rooms but there was free use of wifi... More
