The hotel is very close to the Nativity church! I think it must be renovated inside. Very comfortable beds, clean towels and bed sheets, good ventilation and air conditioning. Quiet and clean in the public areas. Staff very friendly. Vast food varriety. Wifi strong enough, everywhere in the hotel. Front rooms have a great view, rear ones don't

This hotel is amazing! Terrific food, spotlessly clean, the very best staff. It is sooo close to the Church of the Holy Nativity. The food was fantastic. The staff is the most polite we ever found at a hotel. The rooms are modern, spacious and beautiful. The bathrooms well equipped. All of the hotel was so clean. We went as... More

We stayed at this hotel as a family and a group. It is located 5-7 mins from downtown Bethlehem. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room we got was spacious and had had a balcony, with a great view looking Bethlehem(that I loved). I will come again, (not for the breakfast) but for price, the location, bed and... More

Staying at an inn only 200 meters or so from the birthplace if Jesus was amazing. Whilst not all that religious, the weight of this history could certainly be felt around the town. The people around the hotel were wonderful as we're the staff themselves in the hotel. Breakfast was large and relatively western considering most Arab hotel breakfasts.

My daughter and I stayed at the Holy Family Hotel in December, just before Chirstmas. The hotel is very conveniently located near Nativity Square (5 minute walk) and a great many places to eat (within 15 minutes) and several ATM's near. We had a nice modest room that was quiet and clean with a full private bathroom. The front desk... More

Like all hotels in this area the star system should be discounted by 1 star. The hotel is centrally located and very friendly. The room was large but plain. The little details like soap and towels were a struggle. The food was average for the area. All in all an OK place to stay but keep your expectations in check.

I just spent four days in bethlehem and stayed at the Holy Family Hotel. The rooms were modern, clean nice and air conditioned. Unlike, many hotels, they offer wi if on all the floors, free of charge. The almost all the staff speak English and bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable.

Despite the usual claims of having no reservation, I was eventually shown a very pleasant room. True the breakfast was identical to evey other Bethlehem breakfast - squash, awful coffee but good arabic options. STaff were very friendly, and there was a really nice ambience there. Reception area is very comfortable to sit in, and there is free wifi there... More
