January 6 So you need to understand I work for a human rights organization in Hebron, and this time of year, I can see my breath in the apartment where I sleep at night. I bathe by boiling water, mixing it with cold and pouring it over myself. So for me, the hot showers at the Grand, with their strong... More

We stayed from 21st April to 24th April 2013. Good service. Food is good and they improvised to add some south Indian dishes like curried butter milk. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Free WiFi in Lobby and restaurant. Only negative is that the AC thermostats in rooms are centrally controlled from the reception so the inconvenience of needing call the... More

This hotel seems to attract a large number of tour companies and we were travelling independently so it didn't have the character we would usually like but it was clean and functional and the restaurant which specialises in Mexican food, don't ask me why, was good. Staff were all helpful. Location is 7 minutes of interesting walk from the Church... More

We stayed here two nights on a recent tour of the Holy Land. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Our room was not very clean, our lights didn't work and neither did the air conditioning. The lights were fixed by a staff member who reset a circuit breaker somewhere outside our room. The A.C. condenser was located on the balcony... More

Rooms might be basic but comfortable, staff are superb, from the reception, to bar and restaurant. Very close to all the tourist action, a very friendly welcome. A fair price for the room and the restaurant makes it handy to relax on site.
