Only got to stay one night but just loved this place! Room and bed comfortable. Nice garden/pool area and rooftop dining area for good breakfast. Walking distance to shopping and sights, including stork nests! The owner was very helpful with suggestions and made us feel well looked after. A little gem of a place. Highly recommend.

We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We had arranged a transfer from the airport but our driver was nowhere to be found. We managed to catch a train to Selcuk and, with the assistance of some very helpful locals, walked from the station to the hotel. We were hot, tired and dusty by the time we arrived... More

We spent one night at the charming Hotel Nazar in Selcuk and it was the highlight of our Trip to Turkey. Ilker is what "above and beyond" looks like. He had us picked up at the airport when our plane was late and got us to the Ephesus tour he had arranged for us (which was great!). Ilker also knows... More

Hotel Nazar is a quaint little hotel in Selcuk located in a residential area close to the city center. Location is perfect - one can just walk down to the bus/train stations or to the attractions such as St.John's Basilica/ Temple of Artemis. The best part is the great hospitality and a homely feeling courtesy the owner Mr. Ilker Sen.... More

We stayed here in early May. We found the rooms very clean and comfortable with a lovely Turkish breakfast served on the rooftop area. But it was Ilker the proprietor who needs a special mention as he went out of his way to find us a way to get to Mykonos when the ferry was not operating on the day... More

My wife and I spent two nights at the Nazar in early may. The hotel is a very pleasant, comfortable place, and it's very conveniently located, in a mostly-residential neighborhood that's only a couple of blocks from the center of town. The very best part of the experience was our host, Ilker. He went to great lengths to ensure that... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights early May. Ilker (the owner) is a very helpful and informative person who gave us everything we need to know about the touristic spots in Selçuk ever before asking for it. He speaks perfect English too. Pros and Cons: . A nice budget hotel near the train station. A perfect location for the... More

Very comfortable with excellent personal service. The owner walked me to barber shop, and arranged drive to Aphrodisias (which I highly recommend, beautiful and few people). Best bed I had in 3 weeks of travel (I prefer firm). The pool was fine for cool down. Wifi consistently good. Very good & filling Turkish breakfast. Definitely would come back.

I doubt if I'll ever return to Selcuk, but if I did, I would absolutely stay here again. Ilker is perhaps the best hotelier in the business. He clearly cares so much about his guests and their Selcuk experience. He greeted us warmly, chatted with us about recommendations for restaurants and the area (go to the kebab place he recommends,... More

We stayed at Hotel Nazar and loved the coziness and attention we received. The owner is very witty and gave great recommendations. The weather here in April is so nice and the town is LOVELY. Wi fi works great, parking is just outside and breakfast is DELICIOUS! Enjoy your stay!
