This is a cute well-maintained family hotel. Our room was small but nice, our bathroom was shiny and new and quite spacious. The breakfast was great. The owner was nice and arranged to do a full plastic bag of laundry for 25 lira. On Saturday morning there is a gorgeous fresh food market right on the doorstep of the hotel.

Lovely little guesthouse, very clean rooms and air conditioning. Good wifi, centrally located. Included breakfast but it was very basic. Friendly staff were able to organise laundry. No hot water in the mornings as it's solar powered. Would stay again.

I was here as part of an Intrepid tour for 1-2 nights & found the hotel was good for that period. The bathroom was renovated recently so in good shape, however it was small and the shower curtain moved around a lot so the bathroom floor ends up completely wet - but nothing that can't be fixed with a spare... I stayed 2 nights in this guest house. It is in a very convenient location, just 1 minute walk from the bus station and 2 minute walk from the town center, with supermarket and restaurants nearby, and luckily away from the bar area. The double room is a bit small but it is clean and good value at low price,... More

Just two minutes walk from the bus station. A few minutes walk to the train station. A good breakfast and really lovely hosts. You can re-fill your drinking water bottles for a few TL and help save the planet from disappearing under a mound of plastic bottles. Centrally situated for exploring the town.

Very central location, small but clean room. Bathroom shower leaked on to floor and door to the very nice little verandah didn't open once we shut it. The breakfast is Turkish with eggs - so adequate and eaten on the verandah outside which is nice enough. Great market right outside on Saturdays. Bonus was a 'sister hotel' owned by the... More

The hotel offers considerate service. The householder is warmhearted and humorous. The room is big and clean. The location is good as well. We can see beautiful scenery in the middle of the mountain. Fantastic experience for we four girls!

- Pros: relatively inexpensive, close to Selcuk center (probably easy to take bus to Efes without a car), huge bazaar on Saturdays, okay bathroom, parking on street can or parking lot can be tricky at times - Cons: room is really small, bed mattress is old and can feel the mattress springs, room has A/C but its either too cold... Great location only 50 m from bus station and a very short walk to the centre of town. Room was fairly modern. Bathroom was ok but had the tiniest sink I've ever seen. Physically hard to even brush your teeth in. A bonus with the guest house is that you can get a ride up to their other property, the... More
