Just two minutes walk from the bus station. A few minutes walk to the train station. A good breakfast and really lovely hosts. You can re-fill your drinking water bottles for a few TL and help save the planet from disappearing under a mound of plastic bottles. Centrally situated for exploring the town.

Very central location, small but clean room. Bathroom shower leaked on to floor and door to the very nice little verandah didn't open once we shut it. The breakfast is Turkish with eggs - so adequate and eaten on the verandah outside which is nice enough. Great market right outside on Saturdays. Bonus was a 'sister hotel' owned by the... More

Good location, close to city center and main bus stop. Nice family operation, really friendly people. I accidentally left my passport and money in the room after i have check out and travel to another city. The owner offer to post it to the next hotel i am staying in. i received my passport and all my money is still in... More

The hotel offers considerate service. The householder is warmhearted and humorous. The room is big and clean. The location is good as well. We can see beautiful scenery in the middle of the mountain. Fantastic experience for we four girls!

- Pros: relatively inexpensive, close to Selcuk center (probably easy to take bus to Efes without a car), huge bazaar on Saturdays, okay bathroom, parking on street can or parking lot can be tricky at times - Cons: room is really small, bed mattress is old and can feel the mattress springs, room has A/C but its either too cold... Great location only 50 m from bus station and a very short walk to the centre of town. Room was fairly modern. Bathroom was ok but had the tiniest sink I've ever seen. Physically hard to even brush your teeth in. A bonus with the guest house is that you can get a ride up to their other property, the... More

I stayed here for two nights as part of a tour. The room was nice, albeit small, and the bathroom was clean - it looked as if it had been recently renovated. My room didn't have a balcony although the rooms in the front and back of the building do - ask for this if it's important to you. The... More

The service was appalling and not even the basic hostel standard reception, breakfast, or service was available. In a word - pathetic. We had to argue for clean towels and a double sheet to match the double bed (defies belief). Only redeeming feature was clean bathroom, location and fantastic local restaurants (try Kosem Restuarant at Ataturk Mah 1096 Sk, No... More

We were shocked by what a great hotel this was - after staying for one uncomfortable night at another hotel for the same cost, Dreams Hotel felt too good to be true. The rooms were newly renovated with hardwood floors and the bathrooms are marble with an individual hot water heater, and location was two minutes from bus station. We... More
