My family loved the Urkmez Hotel! Jimmy and Juju are outstanding hosts and run one of the best hotels we have stayed at anywhere! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the beds were firm, the breakfasts awesome and the service and hospitality were beyond compare. We can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time made so because of the attentiveness of our hosts - I use host because we felt as if we were their guests and they wanted us to get the most out of our stay with them. Their recommendations were everything we could hope for - from where to eat, how best to get to Efes,... More

Stayed two nights. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was on the small side, small bathroom as well. However, everything was very clean and well maintained. The owners and staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to have the tasty buffet breakfast or enjoy a... More

Urkez is just about 200m away from the bus station, which was where we were dropped off. You may encounter a little difficulty spotting the hotel, with a door on the ground floor amongst the shops, with steps leading up to the reception area. But worry not, as the friendly restaurant owner just round the corner will direct you -... More

The service at this hotel was excellent. From check-in to check-out, the owners were very friendly and accommodating (e.g., baggage service, help with parking, letting us have breakfast a bit early, travel advice). The terrace was lovely, as was the breakfast. Further, if you want to explore this region, from Kusadasi to Ephesus to Maryemevi, this is the location where... More

Hotel probably run by 3 brothers. Very nice and open minded people. Astonishing view from a terrace - nice place for a glass of vine in the evening. Hotel situated in the heart of the town with plenty small restaurants and cats... :) Very good price too.

All the fantastic reviews about this inn made it an easy decision for me to book this place for our 3 nights stay at Selcuk. And, we have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. Jimmi and Juju (brother owners) would be a fine example of what hoteliers should all strive to be: genuinely helpful and kind, not pushy, takes care and pride... More

I booked this hotel based on reviews I had read and I am so glad I did. If you are looking for luxury, don't stay here. If you want a clean, charming hotel with excellent customer service and tremendous "bang for your buck", this place is for you. Nice rooftop terrace with a good breakfast selection each morning. My friend... More

we really enjoyed staying at this hotel with it's easy going, welcoming atmosphere. Jimmi and Juju made us, and all their other guests very welcome. They were full of useful information and we liked the easy, relaxed atmosphere. The terrace/ breakfast room on the top floor has lovely views over the engaging town of Selcuk and the hotel's location in... More

Great hotel with great rooms, great location, great value, and outstanding service. I knew that I wanted to stay here after reading all the positive reviews. Everything I read was true and more. Selcuk is a gem of a town, laid back with the feel of a small, close knit community at peace. The inhabitants are friendly and helpful. The... More
