Spent a week here starting 8th October 2013. Excellent weather. Location of hotel was great high above the warm shallow sea. Wonderful views, nice gardens, good access to the sea bathing area. There is no beach instead decks and jetties to bath and sunbath on. No local bars or restaurants within walking distance. Watercraft available+ para cending ECT. Only 10... More

This resort is quite simply the best we have visited on a family holiday. The food quality was really great and changed daily. While the entertainment was exactly what you expect from a package holiday it was really nice to have 14 nights of different entertainment. The drinks were plentiful and the all inclusive included soft drinks in you room... More

Booked 11 day holiday with Thomas Cook. I was ill with diarrhoea and sickness for 9 days and in hospital for 5 days. When I came out of hospital I had to stay in the room as I was so weak. The Rep Vi was useless. No room service, so my husband had to try and liaise with non English... More

I booked this holiday with 8 others for one week. The hotel itself is very strange you arrive at reception and everything is downstairs i.e. the rooms, restaurant, pool and beach. I am so used to getting in the lift and going up that I confused myself with the going down. The rooms were okay and the staff seemed pleasant... More

Our first family all inclusive holiday ruined, i'm so angry, I booked with Thomas Cook to give me peace of mind as I believed their standards were high! How wrong was I. We paid £2500 of our hard earned money to get violently ill with Diarrhea for 8 days out of 10 which I put down to poor food hygiene.... More

My cousin and I have just arrived home from one week at the Ephesus Princess Hotel in Kusadasi and are feeling very nostalgic and sad to have left. Before arriving the reviews on Trip Advisor had worried us a bit, we read lots of complaining and were expecting a bit of a dump from the things people said they experienced.... More

We arrived late and was welcomed straight away by very friendly staff. We had just missed the time for the restaurant. They gave us a really big meal, suprised as normally at other hotels you expect just a bit of bread & butter. We were shown to our room, it was one of the villas. We had a big balcony... More

Just back from the Ephesus Princess Hotel and would just like to say how lovely the hotel is. Our villa was right across from the wine house.... which suited us just fine!! Yes there are a lot of steps (does advise you about this when booking) we didn't find it a problem. The villa itself was modern and very clean... More

Me and my family went to turkey for two weeks on the 10th of July, flying from Manchester airport. Flight went smoothly and went well. Transfer by coach took a little over an hour each way and we didn't have to stop off or pick up from other hotels on the way.Check in was easy and had our luggage drove... More
