Homeros is a sweet, affordable hotel located in the center of Selcuk. My cousin and I stayed for 2 nights in March. Dervis, his sister, and their friend Osman were SO kind to us. Osman drove us up to Ephesus on our first morning in town, and everyone was happy to chat with us and give us advice on what... More

I love this place. It is, no doubt about it, the best, cutest, loveliest, most welcoming guesthouse I have seen in a long time. The woman who runs it (Sazîye) is so charming and sweet and always ready to talk to you or give you tea or tell you about the city of selçuk. We were invited to a full delicious meal of... More

We spent five nights at Homeros Pension. From the moment we arrived after a long bus ride we were made to feel very welcome. Saziye greeted us very warmly, made us some tea and told us to sit down and relax. Our room was in the building across the street and despite facing the road was very quiet. The bed... More

It was about 10:00 pm when I happened to find this place. The smiling man who in charge of this hotel is really a nice person. And his sister offers vice nice dilicious turkish supper. It was witer, but you'll feel it is like spring warm espicially in the dinning room. It is really a fantastic place to stay, and... More

What a beautiful place, super super clean, lots of character. The staff was so nice! Lots of character throughout the whole place. Walking distance to Ephesus, markets, and restruants. And to top it all off, the included breakfast was amazing!

If you're looking for a bland, predictable chain hotel experience (and who is?), this delightful little pension may not be for you. But, if you love picturesque settings and the kind of hospitality that's usually reserved for family, Homeros Pension is a perfect choice. It's located on a hilly street, very well marked with signage throughout the town so it's... More

We arrived late at about 8.30pm but the host who still concerned what we could have for dinner. Like a mom, prepared immediately a traditional Turkish set dinner for us. That was the first meal at the first time we visited Turkey which was a good start and impressive as well :D I think the breakfast was great as i... More

This is my third stay at Homeros Pension and always love staying here. Dervis and his sister Saziye are the best hosts, and make their guesthouse a memorable and treasured experience. Breakfast is always wonderful, mixture of Turkish and European. As well as the evening dinner where it is fun to sit in the dining area meeting other travellers. I... More

Staying in this pension was so much fun. The comfortable rooms abounded with traditional Turkish décor. Devis was a wonderful host. Eating at the pension seemed like a large dinner party, with the guests from around the world sharing their travel adventures and our host joining in with his knowledge. Homeros Pension and Guesthouse is a small, clean, comfortable lodging... More

We are a Canadian family of 4 (two boys, age 10 and 12) on a 4 month travel through Europe (+ Turkey). Homeros Pension (& Selcuk/Ephesus) was a highlight. We were treated to great, uncomplicated hospitality from hostess Saziye and the staff. It is not overdone, intrusive hospitality .... just very friendly and relaxing. There was no sales pitch or...
