Dervis and Saziye were friendly and the accommodations were comfortable and well worth the price. The breakfasts were great and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace and getting to know the other guests. It was within walking distance of the ruins at Ephesus, the St. John Basilica, and the Temple of Artemis. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

When I booked this hotel for 3 nights, it was the pictures of the rooms that drew me in! We weren't disappointed when we arrived. Homeros has 2 houses across a narrow street from each other, connected by a trellis of grape vines. It creates a really charming environment. Derviş has decorated the guest rooms and sitting areas with unique... More

Derviş and his sister provide a wonderfully welcome place to stay and are excellent sources of local knowledge and travel suggestions. The pension is awesomely quirky in decor and always clean - had a room with a shared bathroom and the bathroom was always spotless (no mean feat when you have a full house). Highly recommend.

What a wonderful holiday! Seven days staying with Dervis and Shazir at their delightful pension. Very homely, lovely Turkish furnishings, clean and comfortable room, extremely helpful and kind (I was sick one day and Shazir really took care of me). Perfect location for exploring the area with or without your own car. Enormous breakfasts and enjoyable evening meals getting to... More

I stayed for 3 nights earlier this week at this charming guesthouse, perfectly located for visits Ephesus and the surrounding archaeological sites. From the moment I arrived I felt at home, as a cup of apple tea was served up. All the necessary information for the area is available on request. Breakfast resembles a work of art and tastes similarly.... More

Derviş and his sister were very welcoming to us. The room was quite comfortable and very clean with lovely authentic decorations on the walls. Homemade dinner and breakfast were delicious and provided a lot of food! We even had our laundry done for the rest of our trip.

Found a lot of kindness as the main point of difference from other places I have stayed. Ever present and helpful there was a cup of tea or coffee when ever I went to the lower Terrace. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while the sun set, it was easy to feel at home, improve my Turkish, catch up... More

This family-run pension was a great experience on our trip. I was traveling with my best friend (we are two gals), and we stayed here for 3 nights. Turkey is a land of hospitality -- upon arrival I was not feeling well and these guys went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They're an upbeat crowd of... More

We stayed here for two nights and we appreciated Davish's (and his lovely sister) assistance to make our trip to Selcuk memorable. The Guest house is quirky and different but in a good way, the view is great, the décor is great and it is perfect in every way. The breakfast couldn't be better and Davish's Sister's evening meals aren't... More

I should say, we had a very very nice experience in this hotel! All staffs are very very friendly and helpful, make us feel at home, and we celebrate the 'dragon-boat' festival together, we shared a good time :) The room is so distinctive while all decorations are traditional. You can get a wonderful view on the open-air balcony, and... More
