Stayed for three days, drove around for a week and returned to selcuk for our final week to the same hotel Jimmeys. Our hotels did not compare for accommodation and price . Saturdays are the best as the market is outside. Buy shoes off the truck at lower than wholesale prices. Pure Cotton shirts

We visited here 9July and we love this place. Generous owner willingly help us in everything. Good location just by walk to train station and castle. The room was well equipped, I slept comfortably tight. Healthy breakfast. From our room, we can see the castle on hill.

First. I have a shaved head, my wife is blond. Therefore the black hairs in the bed the bathroom sink and shower were someone else's. The aircon didn't work, nor the TV nor the fridge. There was a sign which said no washing of clothes to be done. The bed was super hard. The bread at breakfast was a day... More

We stayed for 3 nights in the superior rooms and the rooms were spacious. The bathroom was also big with a tub too. Small things were not working and the upkeep of the rooms could have been better. The location is central and it is a 5 mins walk to all the places. Jimmy and Alex are very helpful and... More

OK, the not so good bits first... I had a standard room for a two day stay, the least expensive option, and the room was a little tired in places in terms of decor and furniture and the common areas were a little dark and dingy in some places. It also didn't have a wardrobe to which would have been... More

The hotel is centrally located in the lovely small town of Secuk, which is the perfect town to stay in when you want to visit Ephesus. It has nice restaurants and even some nice shops. All this incl. the important transport places like bus stop and train station can be reached within 5 minutes walk from Jimmy's. The hotel staffs... More

To make it short. Jimmy's said they have hot showers on all the websites and when I asked jimmy he said they have 25 hrs of hot water because many places only have hot water at certain times.... Well there were 0 hours of hot water. Also at many places it says their internet is free so I didn't like... More

Jimmy's Place is in a good location, a short walk from the bus station and not far from the central part of town. We paid a small fee for them to drop us at Ephesus but walked back without any problems. Like others have noted, their website is a bit misleading. We never found a pool and the only food... More

stayed for two nights in off season. no-one else around. Kinda felt like we were in the way. GOOD: location in centre of town & close to train station. ok breakfast, friendly hosts, price not too bad. BAD: Limited hot water, especially in mornings. Being asked to settle account in cash at the last minute even though booking had been... More

Decent accommodation in Selcuk, not very pricey, good base to explore the places around. But do not expect much guidance from the hotel owner... he will guide you to the travel companies who will charge you a fortune to show places which you can conveniently walk. Even the hotel owner will not tell you that 3 of the tourist spots... More
