We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is in quiet location despite being only 10 minute walk to bus and train stations and even shorter walk to town. We had a triple room which was clean and spacious. Rooftop terrace is great spot to watch sunset and also for breakfast and dinners which are cooked by the owner and his wife.... More

We read the reviews here before reserving and there were a couple of negative ones. This nearly put me off reserving but we decided to try it. What a great decision.! The two brothers looked after us like old friends. The bedrooms, although small, were spotless and the terrace had the most beautiful views in Selcuk. We would definitely stay... More

This place is terrific mainly due to Ibo, the lovely helpful and funny owner and his brother. They are super nice and will help with whatever they can in a very devoted manner. The rooms are basic but spacious and clean and also nice. Breakfast is wonderful because it's taken on the rooftop terrace from which there's a nice view... More

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had at any hotel/hostel! The owner, Suleman, was incredibly kind and generous - drining my boyfriend and I to the ruins at Ephesus and the bus station when we left, as well as to his favorite restaurant for dinner! He also booked our day trip to Pamukkale, gave us extremely... More

We were in a room on the first floor, 16 steps. The room was extremely large, bright and airy. There was a small balcony with distant views of the ancient sites. The room has a chest of drawers and wardrobe, 3 chairs and a small fridge. The TV has one English Channel, but the TV set was very small. The... More

To be frank, comparing with the price, its location and equipment is not as good as I have expected. But its staff is really friendly, although not that professional...besides,it got a beautiful terrace, which made the breakfast remarkable.

My partner and I arrived here after a less than comfortable over night bus from Istanbul. The host of the hotel was fantastic and the simple breakfast on the roof top was so very welcome. Our room was large and clean, the view was good. We got it from Bonita day trips in Istanbul and thankful for their suggestion

I thought the reviews of this hotel didn't do it justice. Its in a lovely location and we had a really nice, clean comfortable room. The owners were welcoming and helpful, they even offered to cook dinner and let us bring our own wine in when I discovered after a couple of nights of mediocre food that there are no exceptional restaurants in Selçuk...
