We have been staying at the Apricot Hotel for years, beginning when it was in a different location nearby. Have always loved it for its location and for its staff----feel as if we are coming home. Rooms are lovely, quiet, peaceful, welcoming with comfortable beds and adequate bathrooms. Enjoy hearing the call to prayer in the morning. Breakfast is good... More

A small, well located hotel with a relaxing environment that is perfect for touring the major attractions, within 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque. It is located in a quiet street with lots of other hotels. The hotel room was small and simple, but clean and comfortable, with a/c, fridge, and tea/coffee making facility and the bed very comfortable.... More

We spent 4 nights in Apricot hotel in May 2015. The hotel is very well located in the center of the old city of Istanbul. The hotel runners were very welcoming and always happy to help us when needed. The breakfast in the morning was amazing ! We had at first an economic room which was little but clean and... More

Great location - the place is very close to the tram station, Blue mosque, Topkapi and Aya sofia museum and other attractions. The hospitality of the staff specially Mr.Muhammad Uddin(He understands Urdu), Mr.Barish and Breakfast lady made our stay very pleasent. All staff understand english very well so no language problem. They have thier own tour company www.Brunotravel.com very good... More

It was my second trip to the Apricot hotel. Needless to say I am more than satisfied as I am a returning visitor. I go there as its right in the centre of tourist district and yet a little away from the madding crowds. The street it is located in has a romantic and trendy feel and yet the place... More

Nicest staff imaginable :-) Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included tea, coffee, orange juice, boiled eggs, cheese, meat, tomatoes, other veggies, olives, etc. As an older female traveling alone, the area felt safe, even after dark. The hotel is located near the Blue Mosque - go left from hotel, go left at corner. Follow street 3-4 short blocks into Arasta... More

Stayed there for 3 nights 4 days by end of April with my wife and child (3 YO) - we booked the hotel through the travel agency, the hotel is located 5 minutes walking distance to the Blue Mosque and literally behind the Marmara sea. The owners are working in the hotel itself, so satisfaction is guaranteed! We stayed on... More

The location is perfect for touring the major attractions. The owner speaks very good English and is very helpful in tour planning. Our group booked 2 rooms. Both were clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a nice assortment of Turkish breakfast foods, fresh orange juice, and fresh cooked eggs. Transportation to the hotel was provided. Wireless internet was fast... More

The location of the hotel is great (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Hippodrome and Arasta Bazaar within a 5 min walk). The room was clean, cozy and warm in winter, the breakfast was basic but tasty (delicious cherry jam, coffee/Turkish tea and fresh orange juice every day). Wish everyone was as friendly and nice to us in Istanbul as... More
