For anyone wanting a modest hotel in a superb location I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Bilinc. The staff are exemplary - many grander hotels could learn a lot from the Bilinc team, who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and spoke impeccable English. With good transport links, this hotel is within short walking distance of major tourist attractions, and offers fast wireless internet. When I return to Istanbul I will certainly choose this hotel again. more
