First impression of hotel was horrible but over the course of our stay hotel turned out be adequate. I had emailed the hotel one month prior to arriving requesting rooms on the same floor and had be advised via email we would receive the rooms. Upon arrival we were told the rooms were not on the same floor – one... More

Very good hotel, ideally situated within a short walk of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace. We had a nice room in the tower and the staff were very good. A little bit noisy outside in the evenings and the breakfast was continental only, but that did not detract too much and we would still recommend it.... More

We arrived before noon after a long flight. They were able to check us in right away and that made a very long day much brighter. I was concerned the next day when I saw a high school group checking in, but the rooms are so well sound proofed we never heard anything. A couple of minor issues - The... More

We arrived very late, the taxi driver couldn't find the hotel for a long time. We reserved a twin but received a double. The mattress was rock hard and staying here in June meant a 4.30 am wake up call from the mosque. Breakfast was ok. The hamam that the hotel recommends was terrible. Tram is a 10 minute walk.... This Hotel is in a lovely location close to Blue mosque & other attractions in Istanbul. Most places are in walking distance. The hotel staff give you a very warm welcome & nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always offer refreshments. There is a beautiful lounge to the right as you enter the hotel. The rooms are... More

I stayed in this hotel 12-14th June 2014 by accident. I was previously booked in to the Star Hotel around the corner but they did a common trick of over-booking then farming you out to a sub-standard neighbouring hotel at the same price (even though they say it will be the same standard or better!). We refused the substitute hotel... More

We had 7 nights at this hotel and can highly recommend it. Excellent central location near the Blue Mosque and tram system. Very clean and tidy. Good housekeeping standards. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are fairly average but of a good quality and kept very clean. Air conditioning worked fine without chilling the room excessively. Breakfasts were extensive... More

Stayed in two other hotels in same old town area. This was the best for the money for what we got but the wifi is BAD. Have to sign in every time your phone or iPad goes into sleep mode. Barely any signal and worse on terrace. They said the wifi was great everywhere and not true. I wouldn't stay... More

Located near all the highlights in the old town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Roof top terrace very nice, with quick and good service. Breakfast very good and the happy hour with free tea and Turkish delights is a treat. Thanks guys!
