Excellent service from reception staff, who telephoned me when our coach was running 3 hours late, aid not to worry that the rooms were ready and waiting. Just ignore all bad comments, if you come to travel around Istanbul and not expect to stay in hotel much....this hotel is a must choice!!!! Room is fine, some problem with AC but still a good sleep.
