There is plenty of variety at the breakfast buffet, even for a vegetarian like myself. The fruit juices, however, are not real juice, and best avoided. I've stayed here 3 times and always found it quite adequate. As stated by others, the hotel has seen better days, especially the bathrooms, but I find it pretty clean and well serviced. Although... My fiances 1st trip to Istanbul. There was no problem with us staying in the same room. Turkish law that if you are NOT married you cannot stay in same room. The hotel was great. Located right across street from the water. They are remodeling so no water view UNLESS you lean out your window. Which was just fine for... More

Rooms are a bit '80s. You might recall a thriller scene from an old movie while you're taking a shower, because the bathroom is kinda scary. There is no iron in the room, bring your own or you can ask to reception desk to iron your shirt. Center of Kadikoy.

we never stay anywhere else when in Istanbul. From airport catch either E10 express (pay at kiosk) or E013 coach (pay on coach)to Kadikoy. Hotel up side street opposite bus station. Hotel rooms vary in size; bathrooms need updating but service good, breakfast delicious, location spot on for ferry to other side of Bosphorous.

this hotel really has seen better days, the decor is dull, the furniture is very old and it was a little bit depressing. However the staff were great, the breakfast was genrous, and the location was good for the airport and exploring kadikoy. Our room was very large and clean. Kadikoy was the surpise of our holiday, first we walked... More

As ever providing great service to respond to a previous reviewer rooms are dated some are small but service is prompt friendly and helpful and hotel is superbly located for S.G. Airport and with a short enjoyable boat ride all the main attractions. This side of the bosphorous offers excellent dining and interesting shops all providing good value for money.

We stayed 2nights in Easter 2012. The location is great, just by the harbour, very easy access to European side, not fat at all from local shops and restaurants. The hotel looks good from outside and entry. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is not very nice, the rooms were extremely dated. For the price it was expected. So... More

Do not book looking at his shining stars. Rooms are dated, small and dirty.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website. The rooms are small and hideously filthy. Everything about the guest rooms were small, dated, and dirty. In total our group occupied 5 rooms but all of them were similar in their lack of quality and cleanliness.

Comfortable hotel, really friendly staff, very good breakfast, very good shower - clean with shower gel etc, decor possibly a bit dated but more than compensated for by its access to Kadikoy harbour and a really easy trip to the heart of Istanbul on the ferry, which is the best way to see the city for the first time.
