The Staff is extremely rude and incompetent. The A/C in the rooms did not work. The manager was asked to fix the air conditioner. Rather than being helpful, he was rude and said it is not his responsibility to fix the AC. He said it was the clients responsibility to see if the AC words properly. Due to the AC,... More

We stayed for 6 nights in this hotel and had a nice room, quite spacious enough for us with all the amenities required for our stay and a sea view. Breakfast was well presented with plenty of choice with gorgeous fresh bread, fruit, cheese, cold meats as well as hot food too. Staff were helpful and even when we were... More

I feel sorry for all the people moaning about tiny rooms with views of brick walls. For a little extra why not just pay for a bigger room with a superb view? We had room 401 on the top floor. My only complaints are the very noisy floor boards (a problem more for whoever was beneath us), and the awkward... More

I stayed at Hotel Tria in June and had the most awful experience. A deluxe room for three people was booked. Upon arrival, we checked in and were given keys to our room. I was making conversation with the manager and stated how excited I was to be staying in a deluxe room. The manager THEN told me that the... More

Usually hotel resteraunts are more expensive. Tria's resteraunt was excellent, best price & best meals I had in Turkey. I was a little disappointed that the roof top terrace was being remodeled. The hotel staff were excellent. This made up for the remodeling.

This hotel proves conclusively that the correct selection of room, and brilliant staff, can take an ordinary hotel into the excellent category. From the start, let me say that the friendliness, helpfulness and courtesy of the staff was among the best we have found on Europe. But I'll come back to that at the end. I said the hotel is... More

Rooms are too small and smelly! Too much perfume by the cleaning lady I guess, maybe to cover smoke smell. The furniture is old and bathrooms are very small. To add insult to serious injury rooms are also quite noisy. The guy at reception is nice and gives you lots of advices for sightseeing. I will never recommend this hotel.
