If we decide to visit Istanbul, Turk Art Hotel is the first and only option for us as it is a real perl in the heart of the wonderful city just 3-5 minutes walk from the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque... We've stayed at this hotel for several times starting from 2010 (as a couple, family and a group... More

While in Istanbul I stayed at hotels as well as hostels and this place was amazing!! Best bang for your buck. Great location, wonderful breakfast, gracious host and staff, beautiful views, clean comfortable and recently renovated rooms. I can not sing enough of its praises. Come see for yourself!

We visited this hotel in April 2013 having booked based on internet reviews. The reception consisted of a grubby desk and the carpet on the stairs next to it was dirty. We were already wishing we had gone somewhere else. There appeared to be some confusion regarding our booking - 2 double rooms and we were left standing for 20... More

My husband and I visited Istanbut for the very first time and stayed at Muhlis Bey Hotel from 29th Nov. to 2nd dec. 2013. We booked on-line not knowing anything about this hotel other than its location to major attractions. The hotel was indeed in the hub of everything worth seeing for a first time visitor. Walking distance to the... More

I book this hotel online wishing that it will meet my expectations. And yes, this hotel is in the hearth of Sultanhammet, great location in front of the 4 seasons. It is very clean and the personnel is friendly. The room was charming but a little small for a queen size bed. The view from the breakfast cafeteria is amazing.... More

I was worried about coming to this tiny hotel after reading some of the negative reviews written after I had booked. However, I need not have worried. We were given a choice of two rooms - both spacious and classically furnished. The room and ensuite we chose were painlessly clean a d very comfortable. The rooftop terrace gave a fantastic... More

We had a reservation at a place called Ali baba. This hotel used to be called Ali baba, so the cab driver took us there, and the manager said we were in the right place, which we surely were not. It was late at night and we were exhausted from travel, so I did not notice the mixup until we... More

It's important to look at the whole picture when considering this hotel. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to all the major tourist attractions of Istanbul. Very affordable in a location where hotels can be very expensive. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean, the included breakfast was decent (eggs, bread, cheeses, spreads, fruit, yogurt) and the rooftop... More

It' s really the baddest hotel ever, except for the location nothing is even acceptable in this hotel. The horror begins at the reception, poor, old desk. No lift, stairs are very small and dirty, on each level you have 3 rooms, the small one is very tiny, and the shower is not a nice place to be if you... More

Tis hotel has the advantage of being in a side road off the road on which are the main sites of the Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi within easy walking distance in a very nice area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.. The views from the breakfast room, and terrace (accessed by a spiral staircase) panoramic views of the... More
