We stayed at Hotel Antique for 4 days, 3 nights. First time in Istanbul. Antique is brilliantly located - very short distance to all the key Istanbul attractions. Enis - the host and owner - is simply outstanding. Gracious, informative and a pleasure to know. The rooms are small, but the rates are cheap, breakfast is supplied and the ambiance... More

It looks like a guest house not a hotel. Terrible small rooms with a terrible bathrooms. There is no place to stand!!!!! The walls are so tiny and if someone speaks even at the top floor you can hear!!they charged me more 2 Euros without any reason and so rude!!!! Only the location is not bad. But you can find... I can second what most other reviewers have stated. Hotel Antique is very near the sights of the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul yet is tucked away on a quiet side street. The room I had was a double with two twin beds though I was alone as a single. The self contained room, and it’s bathroom, are tiny yet they... More

Enis Ektem and Elma - Two great hosts and great people to have a conservation with. About Turkey and almost everything I would say. This place may be small but definitely the people here are extremely friendly and for me, that's what a trip is all about - meeting interesting people withh varied perspectives about the place and the planet.... Disclaimer: I'd like to give this property 3.5 stars, but TripAdvisor won't let me. First of all, the service at this hotel is great. Everybody is really helpful and accommodating. My fiancé and I had to be out of the hotel by about 5:00 a.m. to catch a 7:25 international flight and they were fussing over how they would be... More

We stayed here two nights, Nil was most helpful and a delight. Was hard to find, but it was dark and we had just got off tram, once daylight found bearings, so close to everything. Highly recommend. Very clean, our room was small but cosy, all you need when visiting is a good bed.

Simple hotel, without luxuries but it is just behind the most famous Mosques (5 minutes walking). Its prices are much cheaper than all the rest of the hotels next to. Small rooms but very usefull. And I can't forget about the staff, always trying to help us with a smile in their faces. The perfect hotel to visit Istambul, staying... More

The Antique Hotel is a nice, little hotel in a good location in Sultanahmet. The hotel has a nice breakfast on the rooftop terrace with some drinks, pastries, fruit, veggies and hard boiled eggs. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. They are very small, but my husband and I had no problems leaving each of our large travel backpacks on... More
