We had a nice stay at Novotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast spread was good. Shuttle service is a boon but you should book an advance. While the location is not the best from a tourist's point of view, it takes some 15-20 minutes to Sultanahmed area by shuttle.

If you've seen one Novotel, you are probably seen them all, practical and standard. Service was Ok but the staff at the restaurant had English limitations and we couldn't get a non smoking room. Close to the airport, but far from the historic downtown, so certainly not good for tourists.

Very professional and helpful staff.very clean and spacious rooms with great ocean view. Good choice for breakfast. Located approx 20 mins from the airport. Good shuttle facility to Taksim and Sultanahmet. Definitely one of the bast Novotel in Europe and will surely stay there again.
