Good location in Kumkapi district.Hotel looking like a bit old and dirty but inside and in the rooms all is Ok.On reception many people smoking cigarets. Liza has restaurant on last level, but I not recomend this place. It's expensive place with poor standart. It is very small, the bathrooms are particularly tiny and one very small closet. Breakfast is not a large spread but very fresh bread and great olives, the view is lovely too. The worst hotel I ever stayed in! I'm wondering how someone could like it? Very unfriendly personnel, rooms are small and dirty, no shower cab, no bath, small TV, very small bed. The Grand Liza has very nice rooms for the money and the staff is more than friendly. HOWEVER, if getting a proper sleep is a priority, don't go here. The walls between the rooms are paper thin and there is always a tv blaring throughout the night or sudden bangs that jar one out of a deep sleep. Breakfast is... more

The Grand Liza Hotel is situated in the busy district of Kumkapi, next to the busy restaurant areas & the Maramara Sea. We stayed there for 8 nights and paid for 7 and we were also picked up & dropped off at the airport which is very convenient when you have young children.
